F1 ACADEMY\u2019s<\/a> inaugural rookie test last season and will now make her debut, demonstrating Standard Chartered\u2019s commitment to championing female talent and helping develop the next generation in motorsport.<\/p>\nThe Wild Card initiative was introduced in 2024 to strengthen the talent pool and provide drivers with experience of race weekends. It has so far produced eight drivers who have gone on to earn full- time seats on the 2026 grid, forming a clear step on the F1 ACADEMY pathway.<\/p>\n
Speaking about the opportunity to race as a Wild Card in Canada, Fisher said: \u201cI\u2019m incredibly excited to be joining the F1 ACADEMY grid in Montreal.<\/p>\n
