estimate of $2.4 billion, according to Visible Alpha.<\/p>\n<p class=\"yf-1fy9kyt\">The company has grabbed a slice of the \u200clucrative AI and cloud infrastructure \u2060market by providing <a href=\"https:\/\/finance.yahoo.com\/quote\/NVDA\/\" data-ylk=\"slk:Nvidia;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\" data-yga=\"{&quot;yLinkElement&quot;:&quot;context_link&quot;,&quot;yModuleName&quot;:&quot;content-canvas&quot;,&quot;yLinkText&quot;:&quot;Nvidia&quot;}\" class=\"link \" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Nvidia<\/a> GPUs and computing platforms to developers.<\/p>\n<p class=\"yf-1fy9kyt\">Nebius offers storage, managed tools and software to help customers \u2060build, train and deploy models using its proprietary cloud architecture and in-house hardware.<\/p>\n<p class=\"yf-1fy9kyt\">Analysts expect the company to significantly ramp up its data center capacity to 900 MW \u200bby the \u200bend of this year, which could \u200bdrive strong revenue growth.<\/p>\n<p class=\"yf-1fy9kyt\">However, analysts have \u200cflagged its heavy capital spending as a major concern as Nebius aggressively expands its global data center footprint, putting pressure on margins despite strong revenue growth.<\/p>\n<p class=\"yf-1fy9kyt\">The concerns mirror those at larger rival CoreWeave, which has projected between $30 billion and $35 billion in capital spending this year, warning that the investment ramp-up \u200ccould weigh on near-term margins.<\/p>\n<p class=\"yf-1fy9kyt\">Nebius Group has \u200bbeen expanding its AI infrastructure business through acquisitions \u200band large computing contracts.<\/p>\n<p class=\"yf-1fy9kyt\">The company \u200bagreed earlier this month to buy startup Eigen AI \u200cfor about $643 million to strengthen its inference \u200bplatform and U.S. \u200bpresence.<\/p>\n<p class=\"yf-1fy9kyt\">Nebius also signed a long-term deal with Meta to provide up to $27 billion worth of computing capacity over five years.<\/p>\n<p class=\"yf-1fy9kyt\">Revenue for the three \u200bmonths ended March jumped \u200cto $399 million from $50.9 million a year ago, beating an estimate of $371.4 \u200bmillion, according to data compiled by LSEG.<\/p>\n<p class=\"yf-1fy9kyt\">(Reporting by Harshita Mary Varghese \u200bin Bengaluru;
