This new behind-the-scenes clip serves as a big reminder of just how different the two shows really are; while A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms is scaled-down, intimate, and fond of fart jokes, House of the Dragon plays out on a much, much larger scale.

“Astronomical” is the word showrunner Ryan Condal uses to describe the war-torn season three, and we can’t say we disagree.

“The scale’s enormous this season,” promises Matt Smith, who plays Daemon Targaryen. Other cast members, including newcomer James Norton as Ormund Hightower, weigh in as we see elaborate sets, brutal fight scenes, and plenty of ships and dragons. George R.R.
