{"id":483604,"date":"2026-05-14T02:48:16","date_gmt":"2026-05-14T02:48:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ie\/483604\/"},"modified":"2026-05-14T02:48:16","modified_gmt":"2026-05-14T02:48:16","slug":"cimbali-group-preparing-two-major-debuts","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ie\/483604\/","title":{"rendered":"Cimbali Group preparing two \u201cmajor\u201d debuts"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gcrmag.com\/cimbali-group-dedicated-to-the-grind\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Cimbali Group<\/a> is debuting two \u201cmajor\u201d additions to its portfolio to the United Kingdom (UK) at the London Coffee Festival, bringing the fully automatic LaCimbali Supera and new<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gcrmag.com\/a-new-era-of-integration-for-cimbali-and-mazzer\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\"> Mazzer x Slayer<\/a> grinder to the show floor.<\/p>\n<p>The Supera, which is available in two versions \u2013 Senso and Dolcevita \u2013 has been designed to suit a range of environments from high-volume QSR concepts and hotels to convenience stores and independent caf\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>The new Mazzer x Slayer grinder is the first product born from a long-term strategic partnership between Mazzer and Cimbali Group, with the collaboration created as a reflection of the shift towards viewing grinding and extraction as a single connected process.<\/p>\n<p>The grinder features 69 mm conical burrs with Mazzer\u2019s ZZ geometry designed for improved particle uniformity, alongside a grind-by-weight system with integrated load cell.<\/p>\n<p>Two live Demo Bar sessions of the grinder will take place on Thursday 14 May at 3:30pm and Saturday 16 May at 2pm.<\/p>\n<p>The two products headline an advanced showcase across the Cimbali Group portfolio of brands, which will see LaCimbali, Slayer, Faema, and Casadio products demonstrated at the expo.<\/p>\n<p>Group Regional Director UK and Ireland at Cimbali Group, Louise Felton, says the London Coffee Festival is a \u201ckey moment\u201d for Cimbali Group, as it brings two of the company\u2019s global innovations to the UK market for the first time.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are proud to present these launches and to create opportunities for dialogue, collaboration and hands-on engagement with the technologies shaping the future of specialty coffee,\u201d says Felton.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAlongside our product innovations, we are also showcasing the strength of our wider portfolio, and creative partnerships which reflect our ongoing commitment to bringing together coffee, design and culture in new and engaging ways.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Other highlights of Cimbali Group\u2019s program at the London Coffee Festival include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A creative project that sees Faema partner with contemporary artist Jon Blond, which includes Blond decorating Faema\u2019s stand wall and producing a series of limited-edition posters on Thursday 14 May.<\/li>\n<li>A rotating programme of roasting partners and daily guest roasters operating on Faema and Slayer\u2019s stands.<\/li>\n<li>The LaCimbali M200 HQM featuring as the machine of choice for the Latte Art Throwdown on Friday 15 May.<\/li>\n<li>The return of the Casadio Ermes Dual grinder to the festival, which was first unveiled at last the 2025 edition of the show.<\/li>\n<li>Head of Distribution Partnerships UK &amp;
