He has been named locally as David O\u2019Mahony.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph paywall \">A man, aged in his 60s, was arrested at the scene and brought to a garda station in north Dublin for questioning. <\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph paywall \">An Garda S\u00edoch\u00e1na said on Sunday that the man had been released from custody and a file would be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions in relation to the matter.
