Kyle Stanley appeared before Judge \u00c9ite\u00e1in Cunningham at Sligo District Court\n<\/p>\n

A 23-year-old man before Sligo District Court charged with damaging a 50\u201d television and front glass door of a pub in Co Sligo had his case adjourned for two months to come up with compensation. <\/p>\n

Kyle Stanley, Coill Rua, Greenpark West, Mullingar, Co Westmeath is charged with damaging a 50\u201d television belonging to Peacock Lane, Ballisodare on March 19 2025.<\/p>\n

He is also charged with damaging the front glass door of Peacock Lane and also stealing a hurley stick to the value of \u20ac20.<\/p>\n

The defendant is also charged with intoxication and engaging in threatening, abusive or insulting behaviour at Main Street, Ballisodare on the same date. <\/p>\n

He appeared before Judge \u00c9ite\u00e1in Cunningham at Sligo District Court on Thursday. <\/p>\n

Sergeant Derek Butler told the court the damage was \u20ac2,300.<\/p>\n

Judge Cunningham accepted jurisdiction.<\/p>\n

Defending solicitor, Mr Tom MacSharry, told the court his client does want to come to court with compensation. <\/p>\n

Sgt Butler said there has to be reality in how a person of no fixed abode will be coming up with \u20ac2,300. <\/p>\n

Judge Cunningham adjourned to November 20.<\/p>\n
