The musician released her third album, Worst Girl in America, in March <\/p>\n
\n\tSlayyyter<\/a> made her TV debut on The Tonight Show<\/a> on Tuesday night, appearing on the late-night show to perform her song \u201cDance.\u201d The singer took the stage alongside a live band for a rousing rendition of the anthemic track, which comes off her latest album, Worst Girl in America. <\/p>\n \n\tWorst Girl in America marked Slayyyter\u2019s third LP, and followed her earlier two album, Troubled Paradise and Starfucker. \u201cDance\u201d was originally released in January. She explained that it was one of the first new songs she wrote. \u201cI feel like everything sounds kind of different,\u201d she noted of the LP<\/a>. \u201cBut I was using that as a through line. I just loved it.\u201d <\/p>\n \t\tTrending Stories<\/p>\n \n\tSlayyyter promoted the album with a performance at Coachella<\/a> in April. Rolling Stone noted that she \u201cdelivered one of the most striking sets of the entire\u00a0first weekend<\/a>, joining the stacked roster of women who dominated conversation around this year\u2019s festival.\u201d <\/p>\n \n\tShe is set to perform at Governors Ball Music Festival\u00a0in New York in June, Lollapalooza in Chicago in July, and Reading & Leeds Festivals in the U.K. in August. Her own tour will kick off on Sept. 3 in Vancouver and continue through North America, South America, Europe, and the U.K. It will wrap on Nov. 5 in London.
