Less than two weeks later, he posted another video alleging that he was asked to leave an AF outlet in Tampines<\/a> after assisting an acquaintance to train at the gym.<\/p>\n On May 20, Nihal said in a TikTok post that he was banned from 24\/7 Fitness<\/a> \u2014 another popular gym franchise \u2014 describing the incident as \u201cf*cking diabolical\u201d.<\/p>\n The personal trainer says that he had been helping his sister\u2019s colleague train at a 24\/7 Fitness outlet at Seletar, insisting that he was training alongside the gym companion, unlike two previous instances where he was \u201cstanding there\u201d and \u201cnot doing anything\u201d.<\/p>\n Scroll to continue reading<\/p>\n He adds that he had received a warning from the gym, informing him that he had to be exercising with his friend.<\/p>\n According to the gym\u2019s website, unauthorised personal training is not allowed within the premises.<\/a><\/p>\n During a subsequent workout, Nihal said he made an effort to sync his workout with his friend.<\/p>\n \u201cI was, of course, helping him, but I was gymming as well,\u201d he says, adding that there was CCTV footage of the session.<\/p>\n TikToker embroiled in confrontation with staff<\/p>\n However, he alleges that the gym had sent him a one-minute clip of him resting after spotting his friend, which cuts off before he commences his set.<\/p>\n Suggesting that it was normal for gym-goers to rest for more than two minutes between sets, Nihal says he had attempted to reason with an employee, saying that it was \u201cnever against the rules\u201d.<\/p>\n Nihal further alleges that he was accused of \u201chiding the fact that (he) was training\u201d despite wearing a Garmin watch \u2014 a smartwatch and fitness tracker \u2014 that showed his heart rate was up to 120 beats per minute, suggesting that he had been exercising.<\/p>\n Using derogatory phrases to address the staff members, he calls one of the employees \u201cone fat dude\u201d.<\/p>\n \u201cMy point that I would like to make across all fitness gyms in Singapore, every single gym: Stop hiring fat f*cks,\u201d he says.<\/p>\n \u201cI don\u2019t know why, because the fatter these motherf*ckers are, the dumber their brains be.\u201d<\/p>\n In another post later that day,<\/a> he shared a video of a message allegedly sent from the 24\/7 Fitness outlet at Our Tampines Hub, instructing him to take down CCTV footage of the incident or a police report would be filed.<\/p>\n Stomp has reached out to Bookofhamid and 24\/7 Fitness for more information.<\/p>\n Netizens divided<\/p>\n In the comments, some netizens backed him, while others disapproved of his tone.<\/p>\n \u201cI stand with you\ud83d\udcaf\ud83d\udcaf,\u201d said one supporter, while another urged Nihal to \u201cSue them\u201d.<\/p>\n Others also wondered which gym Nihal would be \u201cgetting banned from next\u201d.<\/p>\n However, one called out the way he shared the experience.<\/p>\n \u201cYou can explain. But don\u2019t use <\/strong>vulgar <\/strong>words.
