M51 is one of four nearby galaxies observed by <a href=\"https:\/\/science.nasa.gov\/mission\/webb\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/science.nasa.gov\/mission\/webb\/\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">NASA\u2019s James Webb Space Telescope<\/a> in a study of nearly 9,000 star clusters.<\/p>\n<p>Data from the study shows that more massive star clusters emerge more quickly from the clouds they are born in.
