An urgent appeal has been issued to help locate an Irish man who has been missing in Ibiza for over two weeks.<\/p>\n

A search has been underway for 34-year-old Irish citizen Tommy O\u2019Neill, who was last seen at the Amistat Hostel in San Antonio, Ibiza<\/a> on May 13. Tommy\u2019s family or friends have reportedly not heard from the young man for two weeks.<\/p>\n

Tommy\u2019s family, who are concerned for his wellbeing, have appealed to any solo travellers who may have crossed paths with the Irish man to contact them. Tommy is described as six feet tall with dark brown curly hair.<\/p>\n

His brother wrote in a post on social media: \u201cHi everyone, we are deeply concerned for the wellbeing of my brother, Tommy O\u2019Neill, and urgently need your help.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe was last seen on May 13 at the Amistat Hostel in San Antonio, Ibiza, and his family and friends have not heard from him in two weeks. We have filed a missing person\u2019s report, but we\u2019re hoping that fellow solo travellers may have crossed paths with Tommy in recent days and can help where possible.<\/p>\n

\u201cTommy is a 34-year-old Irish man, six feet tall, with dark brown curly hair (as shown in the attached photo). His mental health has deteriorated recently, so he is currently very vulnerable and may be acting unusually or appearing confused.<\/p>\n

\u201cIf you recall seeing or speaking to anyone matching this description around San Antonio or anywhere else on the island over the last two weeks, please contact me immediately.<\/p>\n

A spokesperson for the Department of Foreign Affairs <\/a>told the Irish Mirror: “The Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade is aware of this case and is providing consular assistance. As with all consular cases, the Department does not comment on the details of individual cases.”<\/p>\n
