I’m willing to testify that it was really that extreme. The screaming never stopped.”

Another claimed: “I think she was sitting diagonally behind me. The screams were unbelievably sharp and piercing.”

Others described spending much of the concert wincing in discomfort, with one attendee saying they repeatedly turned around to look at the fan in hopes she might tone it down, but she never did.

The discussion soon expanded beyond K-Spark itself.

Many netizens began sharing their own concert horror stories, recalling encounters with fans who screamed “like a siren” or shrieked continuously throughout performances.

At the same time, some felt the criticism was unfair.

They argued that screaming and cheering are part of the live concert experience, particularly at K-pop shows where fan enthusiasm is practically part of the atmosphere.

That said, even those defending passionate fans generally agreed there is a difference between cheering and sustained, high-volume screaming that disrupts everyone around them.

Others suggested that concertgoers worried about excessive noise should consider bringing noise-reducing earplugs to future shows.

Still, judging by the reactions online, many seem to agree on one thing: there’s a fine line between showing support for your favourite idol and accidentally becoming the main character of someone else’s concert nightmare.

Photos: Sinchew News, official_kspark_/ Instagram

Last weekend (May 30), K-pop music festival K-Spark brought some of the industry’s biggest stars to Kaohsiung, Taiwan, including G-Dragon,…

[264
19689,18,117,43179,91479,223003,41666,19,17,117612,5404,337,191843
post-514596","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","category-music","tag-concert","tag-eire","tag-entertainment","tag-fan","tag-g-dragon","tag-hearing-damage","tag-hearing-loss","tag-ie","tag-ireland","tag-kaohsiung","tag-kpop","tag-music","tag-music-festival
["GET
