The 23-year-old festival, which honours Ireland\u2019s greatest-ever guitarist, had its most successful year ever when it took place last week, but now its organisers fear the event won\u2019t be able to pay all its bills owed to about 30 small businesses in Ballyshannon, Co Donegal.\u00a0 Barry O\u2019Neill, the chairperson and founder of the festival, said: \u201cThis was our biggest ever year.
