Charlie Sheen underwent weight-loss surgery after a sex worker flippantly commented on his gut, he revealed in his new memoir, \u201cThe Book of Sheen<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n The actor made the revelation while recalling the time he and his brother, Emilio Estevez, were in Toronto to film the 2000 film \u201cRated X.\u201d The two portrayed the Mitchell Brothers, pioneers in the pornography business, in the biopic.<\/p>\n Charlie Sheen recalled the time he got fat-shamed by a prostitute in his new memoir, \u201cThe Book of Sheen,\u201d out now. Variety via Getty Images<\/p>\n The actor wrote that a sex worker called him \u201cfatso\u201d after a sexual encounter in Toronto. @MALIBUUSTARS YOUTUBE \/ BACKGRID<\/p>\n Sheen explained that on his final night in Toronto, he decided that his \u201ccelibacy streak\u201d needed the \u201cclosure\u201d he\u2019d find in \u201cthe matchmaking Yellow Pages of Bell Canada.\u201d<\/p>\n The \u201cTwo and a Half Men\u201d alum, now 60, proceeded to order a \u201cgorgeous brunette\u201d to his hotel room.<\/p>\n While enjoying a \u201cpost-euphoric cigarette\u201d with his \u201cCanadian insta-girlfriend,\u201d Sheen said that the woman \u201creached over and slapped [his] bar stomach with a room-filling thwack to get [his] attention.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cWhattya say, Fatso \u2014 you up for round two?\u201d she allegedly asked.<\/p>\n Sheen had been in Canada filming \u201cRated X\u201d opposite his brother, Emilio Estevez. \u00a9Showtime Networks Inc.\/Courtesy Everett Collection<\/p>\n The off-handed comment led him to undergo liposuction surgery, he wrote in his memoir. RMBI \/ BACKGRID<\/p>\n Sheen admitted in his memoir that he was devastated by the jibe.<\/p>\n \u201cWow. Jeez, lady, you had 10,000 nicknames to choose from and you went with that?\u201d he wrote. \u201cI wanted to blow my brains out.
