Colman Domingo not only believes in aliens but, while answering Rolling Stone\u2019s \u201cPopcorn Questions,\u201d he confessed, \u201cI am an alien.\u201d Joking aside, the actor, who appeared alongside his Disclosure Day castmate Emily Blunt on the program, said he believed in UAPs and UFOs. \u201cI believe there\u2019s something out in the ethers,\u201d he said. \u201cWhy not? You look up at the sky. Why couldn\u2019t something be looking at you?\u201d<\/p>\n
Extraterrestrial admissions aside, the actors\u2019 conversation ended up being as funny as it was confessional \u2014 a true \u201cdisclosure\u201d day, as they answered random questions pulled from a popcorn bucket. They revealed their favorite sci-fi movies (E.T. for Blunt), the reality TV show they\u2019d do best on (Naked and Alone [sic] for Domingo) and their shared fear of actually going to space. But they were also tender in their answers. When reading, \u201cWho would you send to represent humankind to aliens?\u201d the actors agreed it would be Disclosure Day (and E.T.) filmmaker Steven Spielberg. Domingo said Spielberg was a good fit \u201cbecause he\u2019s the most curious about them,\u201d while Blunt said bluntly, \u201cHe\u2019s the best of us.\u201d And, they agreed, he\u2019s cute.<\/p>\n

Blunt confesses she felt starstruck being in the presence of Bruce Springsteen, and she shares a funny story about how hard it was getting through a scene with Dwayne Johnson speaking with a made-up \u201cancient language.\u201d The actors also pick apart Britishisms between Blunt and Colin Firth on a text exchange, all making for a funny conversation between the two friends.<\/p>\n Disclosure Day opens on Friday. Rolling Stone gave the movie a positive review<\/a>. \u201cSpielberg does believe that we are not the only game running in the cosmos,\u201d critic David Fear wrote. \u201cBut he also believes that our better angels have not left the building, and that movies still have the power to communally blow minds and open hearts.
