Jennifer Aniston<\/a> has a new cookbook, Cook With Clydeo, out on Tuesday.<\/p>\n

The collection of recipes is for humans even though they are presented by a fictional dog named Clydeo.<\/p>\n

And the offerings are far from diet-friendly as she covers pizza, lasagna and Mexican dishes. But the cookbook is meant ‘for kids,’ it is pointed out on the cover.<\/p>\n

One of the top recipes the 56-year-old Friends shares was for the yummy Mexican meal enchiladas.<\/p>\n

And the ingredients are packed with calories, which is surprising considering the beauty is an impressive size two.<\/p>\n

The snacks are made in a muffin pan so they can be bite size, and maybe that is how the Hollywood stalwart – who is a size two – wins because the portions are small.<\/p>\n

Amazon said: ‘From breakfast through dessert, young chefs will learn how to make yummy, crowd-pleasing dishes, including Jennifer Aniston’s Easy Enchilada Bites, Clydeo’s Legendary Lasagna, and more!<\/p>\n

‘With easy-to-follow step-by-step instructions, helpful kitchen-safety tips, funny sidebars from Clydeo on how to add even more pizzazz to a meal, and stories of mishap and triumph from Jen’s kitchen, this book will empower any kid to grab an apron and take a bite out of life, just like Clydeo!’<\/p>\n

The directions for the mini enchilada bites, according to People, are to preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Place tortillas on a cutting board. Using a 3-inch circular cookie cutter, cut out 24 tortilla rounds.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Then Aniston asks to brush 1 side of each tortilla round with oil. Push tortilla rounds into muffin wells, oiled side down, to make little cups.<\/p>\n

Next, stir together Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese in a small bowl.<\/p>\n

Then spoon about 1 1\/2 teaspoons of the enchilada sauce, 1 1\/2 teaspoons diced onion, and 2 teaspoons cheese mixture into each tortilla cup.<\/p>\n

One has to bake Enchilada Bites in preheated oven until cheese is melted and tortillas are crispy and golden on bottoms, 20 to 25 minutes.<\/p>\n

Then one must remove Enchilada Bites from oven, and transfer to a platter. Sprinkle crumbled Cotija cheese on top. Serve right away with guacamole.<\/p>\n

ANISTON’S ENCHILADA BITES <\/p>\n

6 (8-in.) flour tortillas<\/p>\n

1 Tbsp. avocado oil or other neutral cooking oil (such as canola oil or vegetable oil)<\/p>\n

2 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded (about 1\/2 cup)<\/p>\n

2 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded (about 1\/2 cup)<\/p>\n

\u00be cup enchilada sauce<\/p>\n

\u00bd medium-size yellow onion, finely chopped (about 3\/4 cup)<\/p>\n

2 oz. Cotija cheese, crumbled or grated (about 1\/2 cup)<\/p>\n

Store-bought guacamole<\/p>\n

The snacks serve 12 people, though if each person has two, that would be six people, obviously.<\/p>\n

It takes a total of\u00a035 minutes to make these cheesy wonders.<\/p>\n

Aniston released her debut children\u2019s book, Clydeo Takes a Bite Out of Life, with illustrations by Bruno Jacob, in October 2024.<\/p>\n

It was the first in a four-book deal between the actress, HarperCollins and Invisible Universe.<\/p>\n

Per HarperCollins, the children\u2019s cookbook will be followed by Clydeo Versus Peanut Butter later this year and Clydeo Makes a Friend in winter 2026.<\/p>\n

This comes after the Los Angeles native discussed what medical procedures she has done.<\/p>\n

The actress, who is known for her age-defying looks and toned frame, opened up about her beauty regime<\/a> in the latest edition of\u00a0Glamour<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Aniston was not alone in the interview as she was joined by her Morning Show costars Reese Witherspoon<\/a>, Marion Cotillard<\/a>,\u00a0Karen Pittman and Nicole Beharie.<\/p>\n

At one point the star with the perennial fresh Malibu tan was chatting with Cotillard in a group interview when she admitted that she got ‘facials and the lasers and all that good stuff’.<\/p>\n

She did not, however, admit to getting plastic surgery, which has been speculated not only because she looks so youthful but also because she was spotted outside a plastic surgeon’s office in Connecticut<\/a> with pal Sandra Bullock<\/a> last year.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Aniston has found a great home with the Apple TV+ show which is about morning show hosts<\/p>\n

The centre specializes in face lifts and nose jobs, though they also offer Botox<\/a>\u00a0and other injectables such as\u00a0Kybella.<\/p>\n

The subject of staying young looking came up when Aniston was asked about getting older. But 49-year-old Cotillard jumped in by saying Aniston has made her feel empowered about aging.\u00a0<\/p>\n

‘That means so much to me,’ Jennifer replied.<\/p>\n

‘We didn’t have that [those kind of role models growing up]. And I think as far as aging gracefully, I have an eternal fountain of optimism and positivity. Call it youth if you want. But I think it all starts with how we love our bodies and love where we are,’ she added.<\/p>\n

‘I’m not going to say I don’t get the facials and the lasers and all that good stuff. I mean, I’m maintained,’ Jennifer continued.\u00a0<\/p>\n

‘I’m not going to just go down and let these gray hairs take over. So its perspective, and also knowing that this is our one body.<\/p>\n

‘It’s a mindset. So it means a lot to me to hear that from Marion, who I think is a walking beam of sunshine and love and beauty and talent,’ she noted.<\/p>\n

While Aniston has admitted to doing Botox in the past, she said it was not for her.<\/a>\u00a0<\/p>\n

In 2015, Aniston said that she was not a fan of injections. ‘People think that I do a lot of (Botox) injections, but I don’t,’ began the Along Came Polly actress.<\/p>\n

While she has admitted to doing Botox in the past, she said it was not for her. Instead, she does Peptide Injections. And for decades she has denied getting a nose job. Seen in Just Go With It in 2011\u00a0<\/p>\n

‘I’m not saying that I haven’t tried it but I see how it’s a slippery slope.\u00a0All that cosmetic stuff looks ridiculous on me,’ she told Yahoo Beauty. ‘And like we were saying before, they just start to lose perspective, it’s their new normal, so it’s a hard one to come back from.’\u00a0<\/p>\n

Last year the Bruce Almighty star again talked staying youthful looking during an interview with The\u00a0Wall Street Journal. She said she tried a salmon sperm facial, though she admittedly isn’t sure if it did anything for her skin.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Aniston then said she liked\u00a0peptide injections.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Peptides are strings of molecules called amino acids, which are the ‘building blocks’ of proteins. Peptides are basically short proteins that are about 2-100 amino acids long.
