founders of new artificial intelligence efforts.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"yf-1woyvo2\">\n<p class=\"yf-1090901\">The artificial intelligence cloud computing firm&#8217;s CoreWeave Ventures will offer direct investment capital and other assistance designed to bring new ideas to market faster.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"yf-1woyvo2\">\n<p class=\"yf-1090901\">CoreWeave shares hit the market just five months ago, and shares have more than doubled since then.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"yf-1090901\">CoreWeave (CRWV) shares gained 4% in morning trading after the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.investopedia.com\/terms\/a\/artificial-intelligence-ai.asp\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-ylk=\"slk:artificial intelligence (AI);elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\" class=\"link \">artificial intelligence (AI)<\/a> cloud computing platform announced plans to support new AI efforts.<\/p>\n<p class=\"yf-1090901\">The Nvidia-backed company said it was starting CoreWeave Ventures to provide \u201cinvestment resources, technical expertise, and compute\u201d to help AI founders bring new ideas to the market more quickly.<\/p>\n<p class=\"yf-1090901\">The assistance will range \u201cfrom direct capital investment and compute-for-equity transactions to technical collaboration and go-to-market opportunities.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"yf-1090901\">Co-founder and Chief Development Officer Brannin McBee explained CoreWeave Ventures is designed \u201cto give other audacious, like-minded founders the support they need to drive technical advancements and bring to market the next class of innovation.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"yf-1090901\">The company noted that CoreWeave Ventures &#8220;is already working with a diverse group of innovators, from foundational model developers building novel large language models to pioneers in vertical AI applications and infrastructure.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p
