That the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.womenshealthmag.com\/uk\/fitness\/workouts\/a44128682\/tricep-exercises\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-vars-ga-outbound-link=\"https:\/\/www.womenshealthmag.com\/uk\/fitness\/workouts\/a44128682\/tricep-exercises\/\" data-vars-ga-ux-element=\"Hyperlink\" data-vars-ga-call-to-action=\"triceps\" data-node-id=\"1.3\" class=\"body-link css-7bauu1 emevuu60\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">triceps<\/a> belonging to the 53-year-old PT are among the most famous in the business is one reason I suspect her beginner status will have little bearing on her ability to hold her own body weight; her quiet confidence, another.<\/p>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"4\" class=\"css-16gxnpx emevuu60\">\u2018I love a challenge,\u2019 she tells me, taking a sip of her tea before crouching on the floor to begin.<\/p>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"6\" class=\"css-16gxnpx emevuu60\">Moments later, she\u2019s hoicking up her Me+Em trousers, pushing her palms into the floor and lifting her feet off the ground. Her body is suspended in the air for several seconds before she returns to earth \u2013 and her place at the table beside me. High-fiving her, I joke that a) it\u2019s payback for the dumbbell donkey kicks she had me do in her full-body class earlier this week and b) the pose I\u2019ve just talked her into trying is a neat metaphor for her meteoric rise: strength gives you wings.<\/p>\n<p>What to Read Next<\/p>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"11\" class=\"css-16gxnpx emevuu60\">In the unlikely event that you\u2019re unfamiliar with the woman better known by the name of her wildly successful fitness platform, her formula of four 30-minute online classes a week has earned <a href=\"https:\/\/carolinescircuits.com\" target=\"_blank\" data-vars-ga-outbound-link=\"https:\/\/carolinescircuits.com\" data-vars-ga-ux-element=\"Hyperlink\" data-vars-ga-call-to-action=\"Caroline\u2019s Circuits\" data-node-id=\"11.1\" class=\"body-link css-7bauu1 emevuu60\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Caroline\u2019s Circuits<\/a> 6,500 monthly members, most of them in midlife, and propelled her into the feeds of 2.3 million Instagram followers. For context, that\u2019s even more than former cover star and fellow poster woman for midlife fitness <a href=\"https:\/\/www.womenshealthmag.com\/uk\/fitness\/strength-training\/a64779237\/davina-mccall-fitness-after-surgery\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-vars-ga-outbound-link=\"https:\/\/www.womenshealthmag.com\/uk\/fitness\/strength-training\/a64779237\/davina-mccall-fitness-after-surgery\/\" data-vars-ga-ux-element=\"Hyperlink\" data-vars-ga-call-to-action=\"Davina McCall\" data-node-id=\"11.3\" class=\"body-link css-7bauu1 emevuu60\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Davina McCall<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><img draggable=\"true\" alt=\"caroline idiens\" title=\"caroline idiens\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"4500\" height=\"5625\" decoding=\"async\" data-nimg=\"1\" style=\"color:transparent;width:100%;height:auto;\"   src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/wh-october-caroline-social-watermarked-2-68bab4bbb79ee.jpg\" class=\"css-0 e1g79fud0\"\/><\/p>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"14\" class=\"css-16gxnpx emevuu60\">\u2018It\u2019s crazy,\u2019 she tells me. \u2018When the numbers come up on screen, I have to not look.\u2019 I was one of 1,500 doing that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.womenshealthmag.com\/uk\/fitness\/workouts\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-vars-ga-outbound-link=\"https:\/\/www.womenshealthmag.com\/uk\/fitness\/workouts\/\" data-vars-ga-ux-element=\"Hyperlink\" data-vars-ga-call-to-action=\"workout\" data-node-id=\"14.1\" class=\"body-link css-7bauu1 emevuu60\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">workout<\/a> on Monday, streamed from her Berkshire living room in front of her Neptune sideboard and Oka lamps (\u2018everyone asks me about the lamps\u2019), with guest appearances from Tilly the cocker spaniel and a labrador called Pip.<\/p>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"16\" class=\"css-16gxnpx emevuu60\">It wasn\u2019t the first time I\u2019ve had a glimpse into Caroline\u2019s world. She and I began our fitness platforms around the same time \u2013 mine, Rocket Yoga; hers, circuit-based <a href=\"https:\/\/www.womenshealthmag.com\/uk\/fitness\/strength-training\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-vars-ga-outbound-link=\"https:\/\/www.womenshealthmag.com\/uk\/fitness\/strength-training\/\" data-vars-ga-ux-element=\"Hyperlink\" data-vars-ga-call-to-action=\"strength training\" data-node-id=\"16.1\" class=\"body-link css-7bauu1 emevuu60\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">strength training<\/a> \u2013 exchanging lessons and learnings along the way. And in five short years, I\u2019ve watched her go from a jobbing PT to a global fitness icon.<\/p>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"18\" class=\"css-16gxnpx emevuu60\">She first went viral with an arms workout in 2022, then again with a workout using water bottles as weights, which she improvised while on holiday in Corfu. She\u2019s been crowned the \u2018workout queen of middle England\u2019 by the Daily Mail, declared a midlife fitness guru by The Times and I suspect fronting this magazine\u2019s annual issue dedicated to the pursuit of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.womenshealthmag.com\/uk\/fitness\/a65956176\/walking-younger-brain-health\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-vars-ga-outbound-link=\"https:\/\/www.womenshealthmag.com\/uk\/fitness\/a65956176\/walking-younger-brain-health\/\" data-vars-ga-ux-element=\"Hyperlink\" data-vars-ga-call-to-action=\"ageing\" data-node-id=\"18.1\" class=\"body-link css-7bauu1 emevuu60\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">ageing<\/a> well will only serve to cement her status as one of the most influential women in fitness right now.<\/p>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"20\" class=\"body-text css-16gxnpx emevuu60\">What is it about her approach that women are so drawn to? \u2018The fact that it\u2019s at home,\u2019 she tells me, without missing a beat. \u2018People say it feels like [having] a PT in their sitting room. They may be someone who\u2019s too intimidated to go to a gym, so they really want to do this online, at home. And not only am I doing the classes with them, I\u2019m there as support. It can be all too easy to gloss over the grind that predates an Instagram presence. But, like any woman entering a new phase of her career in her fifties, the ease Caroline brings to her classes is earned.<\/p>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"31\" class=\"css-16gxnpx emevuu60\">She was in her late twenties when she first caught the weights bug. An account director for an advertising agency, her workouts probably looked a lot like yours in the &#8217;90s (\u2018cardio \u2013 just <a href=\"https:\/\/www.womenshealthmag.com\/uk\/fitness\/running\/a65897216\/running-coach-tips\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-vars-ga-outbound-link=\"https:\/\/www.womenshealthmag.com\/uk\/fitness\/running\/a65897216\/running-coach-tips\/\" data-vars-ga-ux-element=\"Hyperlink\" data-vars-ga-call-to-action=\"running\" data-node-id=\"31.1\" class=\"body-link css-7bauu1 emevuu60\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">running<\/a> on a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.womenshealthmag.com\/uk\/fitness\/g65474612\/best-treadmills-for-walking\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-vars-ga-outbound-link=\"https:\/\/www.womenshealthmag.com\/uk\/fitness\/g65474612\/best-treadmills-for-walking\/\" data-vars-ga-ux-element=\"Hyperlink\" data-vars-ga-call-to-action=\"treadmill\" data-node-id=\"31.3\" class=\"body-link css-7bauu1 emevuu60\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">treadmill<\/a> for 60 minutes, so boring\u2019). Until she found a class that changed everything \u2013 first her body, then her mind.<\/p>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"33\" class=\"css-16gxnpx emevuu60\">\u2018It was Les Mills Body Pump, which was 45 minutes of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.womenshealthmag.com\/uk\/fitness\/strength-training\/a65602885\/joe-wicks-strength-training-perimenopause-transformation\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-vars-ga-outbound-link=\"https:\/\/www.womenshealthmag.com\/uk\/fitness\/strength-training\/a65602885\/joe-wicks-strength-training-perimenopause-transformation\/\" data-vars-ga-ux-element=\"Hyperlink\" data-vars-ga-call-to-action=\"lifting weights\" data-node-id=\"33.1\" class=\"body-link css-7bauu1 emevuu60\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">lifting weights<\/a>, led by an instructor and I absolutely loved it. It was the first time I\u2019d lifted weights and the thing I loved wasn\u2019t just how it changed my physique, but the feeling that I got from being stronger \u2013 the sheer confidence it gives you in what your body is capable of. It\u2019s your posture, the way that you walk, the way you carry yourself.\u2019<\/p>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"36\" class=\"css-16gxnpx emevuu60\">The class led her to private PT sessions where, over conversations about progressive overload, she discovered a passion that ran so deep she decided to make it professional.<\/p>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"38\" class=\"css-16gxnpx emevuu60\">\u2018I just thought, \u201cRight, it\u2019s going to be a bit of a gamble giving up quite a good advertising career.\u201d So I wanted to do a course that was about more than fitness \u2013 sports, rehab, nutrition, all of it \u2013 so I could learn how the whole body works.\u2019<\/p>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"40\" class=\"css-16gxnpx emevuu60\">A year of living off savings and one PT qualification later, she was leading 5am classes in Hyde Park. And after meeting her husband (who works in the beauty industry), having children (a boy, now 19; and a girl, 17) and moving to the shires, pre-dawn sessions with professionals evolved into post-school-run classes for parents; one of them named their WhatsApp group \u2018Caroline\u2019s Circuits\u2019 \u2013 and the name stuck.<\/p>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"42\" class=\"css-16gxnpx emevuu60\">But it was a pandemic-era pivot to digital training that catapulted Caroline from a local PT with a loyal following to a national, then global name. As the first lockdown loomed, she took her classes online after a client suggested it. And the word-of-mouth PT who didn\u2019t have a website, let alone a link in bio, found herself retraining once again \u2013 this time, in digital marketing.<\/p>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"44\" class=\"css-16gxnpx emevuu60\">Was she, like me, having to teach herself a whole new language?<\/p>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"46\" class=\"css-16gxnpx emevuu60\">\u2018Yeah \u2013 I had one session with Instagram where it was like: what\u2019s a hashtag? But then I was completely self-taught. I\u2019d worked in advertising, of course, but we didn\u2019t do social media marketing back in 1995, so I had to learn very quickly what works and what doesn\u2019t.\u2019<\/p>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"48\" class=\"css-16gxnpx emevuu60\">An early learning was posting every day \u2013 which she did, for five years (\u2018except Christmas Day, the day the Queen died and my birthday\u2019).<\/p>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"50\" class=\"body-text css-16gxnpx emevuu60\">She also learned to listen, creating content that spoke directly to the questions filling her inbox on the daily; questions such as, \u2018How do I actually do a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.womenshealthmag.com\/uk\/fitness\/strength-training\/a65263709\/push-ups-technique-midlife\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-vars-ga-outbound-link=\"https:\/\/www.womenshealthmag.com\/uk\/fitness\/strength-training\/a65263709\/push-ups-technique-midlife\/\" data-vars-ga-ux-element=\"Hyperlink\" data-vars-ga-call-to-action=\"press-up\" data-node-id=\"50.1\" class=\"body-link css-7bauu1 emevuu60\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">press-up<\/a>?\u2019 \u2018How can I modify a squat?\u2019 and \u2013 the most common one \u2013 \u2018How do I actually start strength training?\u2019 <\/p>\n<p><img draggable=\"true\" alt=\"athlete in activewear displaying fitness and strength\" title=\"athlete in activewear displaying fitness and strength\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"4500\" height=\"5625\" decoding=\"async\" data-nimg=\"1\" style=\"color:transparent;width:100%;height:auto;\"   src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/wh-october-caroline-social-watermarked-5-68bab7cd79735.jpg\" class=\"css-0 e1g79fud0\"\/><strong data-node-id=\"52.0\"><strong data-node-id=\"52.0.0\">Compound interest<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"54\" class=\"css-16gxnpx emevuu60\">Half a decade later, it\u2019s a skill that\u2019s served her well. But personally responding to 300-plus daily DMs has also gifted her privileged access to the ambitions and ailments of midlife women.<\/p>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"56\" class=\"css-16gxnpx emevuu60\">\u2018Preserving muscle, looking after joints, the balance of cardio versus strength training and thinking about bones and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.womenshealthmag.com\/uk\/fitness\/a65528257\/82-year-old-strength-training-transformation\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-vars-ga-outbound-link=\"https:\/\/www.womenshealthmag.com\/uk\/fitness\/a65528257\/82-year-old-strength-training-transformation\/\" data-vars-ga-ux-element=\"Hyperlink\" data-vars-ga-call-to-action=\"osteoporosis\" data-node-id=\"56.1\" class=\"body-link css-7bauu1 emevuu60\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">osteoporosis<\/a> [a condition characterised by the thinning and weakening of bone, often caused by the loss of oestrogen during menopause],\u2019 she tells me, when I ask what women want from her workouts. \u2018I get women sending me their Dexa [bone-density] scans. These are women who\u2019ve been told they have osteopenia [a precursor to osteoporosis]. They haven\u2019t changed anything else, but doing these workouts consistently has made a real difference.\u2019<\/p>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"58\" class=\"css-16gxnpx emevuu60\">Consistency is key; that she\u2019s been lunging and lifting for more than two decades herself is one reason she suspects she hasn\u2019t yet been advised to start taking HRT, an evidence-based intervention for both preventing and treating osteoporosis and the primary treatment for myriad <a href=\"https:\/\/www.womenshealthmag.com\/uk\/health\/female-health\/a707025\/menopause-symptoms\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-vars-ga-outbound-link=\"https:\/\/www.womenshealthmag.com\/uk\/health\/female-health\/a707025\/menopause-symptoms\/\" data-vars-ga-ux-element=\"Hyperlink\" data-vars-ga-call-to-action=\"menopause symptoms\" data-node-id=\"58.1\" class=\"body-link css-7bauu1 emevuu60\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">menopause symptoms<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"60\" class=\"css-16gxnpx emevuu60\">\u2018At the moment, I\u2019m just not at the stage where [my symptoms] are impacting my daily life. But that\u2019s not to say I wouldn\u2019t take HRT in the future and I know it helps so many of my friends, colleagues and members.\u2019<\/p>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"62\" class=\"css-16gxnpx emevuu60\">If strength training with your skeleton in mind is one non-negotiable in the midlife fitness protocol, banking muscle is another.<\/p>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"64\" class=\"css-16gxnpx emevuu60\">\u2018Muscle banking! I love that,\u2019 she says, when I joke that muscle mass is the new pension fund. We talk about the fact that skeletal muscle \u2013 the fibres attached to bones responsible for movement \u2013 is acquiring revered status as \u2018the organ of longevity\u2019, with quad strength in particular being positioned as a predictor of lifespan.<\/p>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"66\" class=\"css-16gxnpx emevuu60\">\u2018Which makes sense when you think about independence and mobility\u2026 it\u2019s why I think squats are the number-one compound exercise [moves that work multiple muscle groups] from a longevity perspective. A lot of people would say <a href=\"https:\/\/www.womenshealthmag.com\/uk\/fitness\/workouts\/a706790\/how-to-deadlift-properly\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-vars-ga-outbound-link=\"https:\/\/www.womenshealthmag.com\/uk\/fitness\/workouts\/a706790\/how-to-deadlift-properly\/\" data-vars-ga-ux-element=\"Hyperlink\" data-vars-ga-call-to-action=\"deadlifts\" data-node-id=\"66.1\" class=\"body-link css-7bauu1 emevuu60\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">deadlifts<\/a>, but if you\u2019re thinking about getting in and out of a chair when you\u2019re 80, it\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.womenshealthmag.com\/uk\/fitness\/strength-training\/a65045969\/how-many-squats-per-day\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-vars-ga-outbound-link=\"https:\/\/www.womenshealthmag.com\/uk\/fitness\/strength-training\/a65045969\/how-many-squats-per-day\/\" data-vars-ga-ux-element=\"Hyperlink\" data-vars-ga-call-to-action=\"squats\" data-node-id=\"66.3\" class=\"body-link css-7bauu1 emevuu60\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">squats<\/a>.\u2019<\/p>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"68\" class=\"css-16gxnpx emevuu60\">Not that you need to be in midlife to start preparing for later life.<\/p>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"70\" class=\"css-16gxnpx emevuu60\">\u2018I think what\u2019s exciting is that this conversation about preserving healthy skeletal muscle and building up your muscle as a kind of armour as you age is now being had by younger women who are thinking, \u201cWhy wait?\u201d\u2019<\/p>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"73\" class=\"css-16gxnpx emevuu60\">Thirtysomething women are subscribing to her platform in growing numbers and the trend is playing out close to home too.<\/p>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"75\" class=\"css-16gxnpx emevuu60\">\u2018I\u2019ll go and watch my daughter play hockey at school and they\u2019ll be doing strength and conditioning sessions before their matches \u2013 squats, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.womenshealthmag.com\/uk\/fitness\/strength-training\/a45971562\/how-long-to-hold-plank\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-vars-ga-outbound-link=\"https:\/\/www.womenshealthmag.com\/uk\/fitness\/strength-training\/a45971562\/how-long-to-hold-plank\/\" data-vars-ga-ux-element=\"Hyperlink\" data-vars-ga-call-to-action=\"planks\" data-node-id=\"75.1\" class=\"body-link css-7bauu1 emevuu60\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">planks<\/a>, press-ups. They\u2019re 17 or 18 and they\u2019re all lifting weights \u2013 I just love that because we weren\u2019t thinking about this stuff at all back then.\u2019<\/p>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"77\" class=\"css-16gxnpx emevuu60\">We really weren\u2019t. When she and I were in our twenties, doing a workout for your future self was less about fitting in another 10 years, more about fitting into a pair of jeans. But while we might like to think we left exercising for aesthetics in the &#8217;90s, the topic is alive and well on social media.<\/p>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"79\" class=\"css-16gxnpx emevuu60\">\u2018Overnight six-pack, the snatched waist and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.womenshealthmag.com\/uk\/health\/a65574121\/liz-hurley-mum-bikini-85\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-vars-ga-outbound-link=\"https:\/\/www.womenshealthmag.com\/uk\/health\/a65574121\/liz-hurley-mum-bikini-85\/\" data-vars-ga-ux-element=\"Hyperlink\" data-vars-ga-call-to-action=\"bikini body\" data-node-id=\"79.1\" class=\"body-link css-7bauu1 emevuu60\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">bikini body<\/a>,\u2019 she says, reeling off some of the \u2018quick fixes\u2019 that have riled her up recently.<\/p>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"81\" class=\"css-16gxnpx emevuu60\">What about the other topic currently dominating the dialogue? That everyone I know seems to know someone using <a href=\"https:\/\/www.womenshealthmag.com\/uk\/fitness\/fat-loss\/a65862142\/serena-williams-weight-loss-glp1-ro\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-vars-ga-outbound-link=\"https:\/\/www.womenshealthmag.com\/uk\/fitness\/fat-loss\/a65862142\/serena-williams-weight-loss-glp1-ro\/\" data-vars-ga-ux-element=\"Hyperlink\" data-vars-ga-call-to-action=\"GLP-1\" data-node-id=\"81.1\" class=\"body-link css-7bauu1 emevuu60\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">GLP-1<\/a> medication to manage their weight means I\u2019m surprised to learn they haven\u2019t reached Caroline\u2019s DMs.<\/p>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"83\" class=\"css-16gxnpx emevuu60\">\u2018I think those who follow me are primarily interested in looking at their health from an exercise perspective,\u2019 she tells me, with the caveat that side-effects of rapid muscle loss are \u2018a concern for those already experiencing muscle loss if we think of how this loss will affect these people in later life\u2019.<\/p>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"85\" class=\"css-16gxnpx emevuu60\">Still, her audience is at an age and stage when body composition is often front of mind, meaning weight loss is a common goal.<\/p>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"87\" class=\"css-16gxnpx emevuu60\">\u2018A lot of them are hugely frustrated by weight gain in menopause,\u2019 she confirms. \u2018So we\u2019ll talk about the fact that they\u2019re not alone, that the decline in oestrogen means the body holds on to fat around the middle and the value of strength training at this time.\u2019<\/p>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"89\" class=\"css-16gxnpx emevuu60\">(One of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.womenshealthmag.com\/uk\/health\/female-health\/a61799533\/signs-of-high-oestrogen\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-vars-ga-outbound-link=\"https:\/\/www.womenshealthmag.com\/uk\/health\/female-health\/a61799533\/signs-of-high-oestrogen\/\" data-vars-ga-ux-element=\"Hyperlink\" data-vars-ga-call-to-action=\"oestrogen\" data-node-id=\"89.1\" class=\"body-link css-7bauu1 emevuu60\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">oestrogen<\/a>\u2019s many roles is in fat distribution; when levels plummet during perimenopause, fat storage tends to shift from the hips and thighs to the abdomen.)<\/p>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"91\" class=\"css-16gxnpx emevuu60\">She doesn\u2019t promote her platform as a tool for aesthetic engineering (\u2018for me, it\u2019s about trying to move away from how you look and focusing instead on how you feel\u2019). But nor does she shy away from celebrating the confidence that an aesthetic shift can deliver.<\/p>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"93\" class=\"css-16gxnpx emevuu60\">\u2018One woman wore a sleeveless dress to her son\u2019s wedding and the fact that she had her arms out and felt so confident just made her day \u2013 I loved that.\u2019<\/p>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"95\" class=\"css-16gxnpx emevuu60\">And during a life stage when hormonal havoc can make your inner critic roar, it\u2019s the confidence current account that can feel like the biggest payday, even more so than the muscular pension and skeletal ISA. It does for Caroline.<\/p>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"97\" class=\"css-16gxnpx emevuu60\">\u2018I\u2019m definitely more confident in my shape now than ever before. And I noticed that when I was on holiday \u2013 because on a holiday, you\u2019re always quite critical about how you look, aren\u2019t you? I really am of this demographic\u2026 I\u2019m not 20 years old and doing these workouts in a studio.
