Some of Hollywood\u2019s biggest names are turning up for USA\u2019s opening World Cup match<\/a> against Paraguay.<\/p>\n

Oscar-winning actor Jamie Foxx was seen entering SoFi Stadium<\/a> with an orange beanie alongside comedy icon Vince Vaughn on Friday. Owen Wilson, Halle Berry and Teyana Taylor also showed face.<\/p>\n

Singer Shaboozey, whose hit \u201cA Bar Song (Tipsy)\u201d became one of the biggest songs of the past year, was also spotted in jeans and a dark t-shirt attending the opening match.<\/p>\n

Talk-show personality and comedian on \u201cJimmy Kimmel Live!\u201d Guillermo and singer Becky G were also pictured entering Team USA\u2019s inaugural match<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Becky G is the co-owner of a Los Angeles professional women\u2019s soccer team (Angel City FC) and has spoken extensively about wanting to give young Latinas a chance to play sports.<\/p>\n

Paris Hilton arrived in a red-and-white striped top along with jeans, sporting a look that appeared to be inspired by Team USA.<\/p>\n

And fresh off his rookie season preparations with the Giants, Jaxson Dart attended the USA-Paraguay World Cup match alongside Marissa Ayers.<\/p>\n

Among the more unexpected faces at the World Cup opener was Elmo, who joined Cookie Monster on FOX\u2019s pregame show and told Charissa Thompson, \u201cIt\u2019s really amazing. Everybody\u2019s been really nice and teaching us about soccer.\u201d<\/p>\n

Thompson also asked Elmo and Cookie Monster what advice they had for the United States as it opened its World Cup campaign. Elmo kept it simple: \u201cDo your best.\u201d<\/p>\n

Other celebrity sightings included Rob Lowe and Jameis Winston. <\/p>\n

Michael Rubin, the CEO of the world\u2019s largest digital sports platform in Fanatics, was also in the building. The host of the yearly \u201cWhite Party\u201d in the Hamptons has been deeply involved with the World Cup as his company and FIFA have established multiple partnerships.<\/p>\n

Following the United States Men\u2019s National Team\u2019s (USMNT) disastrous failure to qualify for the 2018 Russia World Cup, the team has made two consecutive World Cup appearances.<\/p>\n

In the last tournament in Qatar, the USMNT were knocked out in the Round of 16 against the Dutch, but as they kick off on home turn, expectations are higher for this new generation of players under manager Mauricio Pochettino. <\/p>\n
