A judge ordered Justin Baldoni<\/a> to pay the legal fees for Blake Lively related to the $400 million countersuit<\/a> that was dismissed last year<\/a>, People<\/a> reports. The court will decide how much financial compensation Lively will receive. \u201cBlake Lively won her motion under Civil Code Section 47.1,\u201d Lively\u2019s attorneys Esra Hudson and Michael Gottlieb explained. \u201cToday\u2019s ruling makes it clear that Ms. Lively brought her claims in good faith, that there was no evidence she acted with malice, and that she is the prevailing defendant under Section 47.1.\u201d Both parties previously agreed they would waive any appeals on future decisions after the settlement.<\/p>\n Baldoni\u2019s attorney Bryan Freedman claimed in a statement that Lively \u201cwas only awarded limited attorney fees for a single claim as part of a case that lasted only a matter of months, nothing more.\u201d He added, \u201cThroughout this process, innocent people had their reputations unfairly tarnished. There was no sexual harassment. There was no retaliation. There was no smear campaign. The court recognized it, the record reflects it, and we have maintained it from the very beginning.
