Ella Williams\u2019 is back with her latest Squirrel Flower<\/a> record. Say a Prayer to the Gods of Getting Going includes contributions from Horse Jumper of Love\u2019s Dimitri Giannopoulos, the War on Drugs\u2019 Dave Hartley, Free Range\u2019s Sofia Jensen, Twin Peaks\u2019 Clay Frankel, and more. It arrives August 21 on Polyvinyl. \u201cThe lyrics started as an art piece I made on an overdue Kansas Turnpike toll bill,\u201d Williams said in a statement about the new single. \u201cThis song is my ode to the push and pull of domesticity and unraveling. Leaving and getting reeled back in, over and over and over and over.\u201d<\/p>\n
