While pursuing her artistic expression, Lady Isabella\u2019s life takes a surreal turn as she realizes if she\u2019s not in the spotlight, she might just disappear\u201d.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tFollowing its world premiere at BFI London Film Festival 2025, the film won Best Director at the Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival, the Best Film and Young Jury awards at REC International Festival of Cinema Tarragona, and premiered in North America in competition at the Seattle International Film Festival.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tThe movie is a presentation of MetFilm Productions and was written by Samuel Abrahams and Miranda Campbell Bowling, and produced by Anna Mohr-Pietsch and Stewart le Mar\u00e9chal, with Jonny Persey, Maggie Glastonbury, Sean O\u2019Shea and Tom Balkwill as executive producers. MetFilm will release in the UK later this year.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tThe deal was negotiated by Mitch Clare of MetFilm Sales and Bill Guentzler and RJ Millard on behalf of Obscured Releasing. <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\t\u201cSamuel Abrahams\u2019 outrageous film playfully examines the desire for artistic expression, the dangers of isolation and the allure of being on camera,\u201d said RJ Millard and Bill Guentzler. \u201cSian Clifford\u2019s hilarious performance as a fantasied aristocrat yearning to be seen is truly surreal in this gonzo comedy which looks deep into our collective need for connection.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\t\u201cLady has been a true labour of love and I\u2019m delighted it\u2019s found a home with Obscured for its U.S. release.
