{"id":54582,"date":"2025-09-10T06:08:07","date_gmt":"2025-09-10T06:08:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ie\/54582\/"},"modified":"2025-09-10T06:08:07","modified_gmt":"2025-09-10T06:08:07","slug":"developer-sean-mulryans-ballymore-agrees-deal-to-deliver-hundreds-of-affordable-dublin-homes-the-irish-times","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ie\/54582\/","title":{"rendered":"Developer Sean Mulryan\u2019s Ballymore agrees deal to deliver hundreds of affordable Dublin homes \u2013 The Irish Times"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"c-paragraph paywall b-it-article-body__text--left\">Sean Mulryan\u2019s Ballymore has agreed a deal with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.irishtimes.com\/tags\/land-development-agency\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.irishtimes.com\/tags\/land-development-agency\/\">Land Development Agency<\/a> (LDA) to deliver hundreds of affordable, cost-rental and social homes in Balbriggan, Co <a href=\"https:\/\/www.irishtimes.com\/tags\/dublin\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.irishtimes.com\/tags\/dublin\/\">Dublin<\/a>, with construction set to get under way within weeks.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph paywall \">Located on a site of 25.33 hectares (62.6 acres) on the southern edge of Balbriggan, the Hampton Demesne development will, upon completion, comprise 817 homes along with a range of amenities. <\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph paywall \">These will include a new public park with a playground, multi-use games areas, basketball courts, outdoor gym, skateboard plaza, bike\/ pump track, and landscaped green areas for residents and the wider Balbriggan community. <\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph paywall \">The first phase of the Hampton Demesne development has a timeline of three years and will involve the construction of 259 homes along with necessary infrastructure works. <\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph paywall \">The homes in this phase will consist of a mix of 207 affordable-for-sale homes.
