IVE broke a major record in Aotearoa New Zealand this weekend.<\/p>\n

The South Korean girl group brought their world tour to T\u0101maki Makaurau Auckland\u2019s Spark Arena on Saturday (June 20th).<\/p>\n

The concert drew over 8,000 fans, setting a new record as the biggest-selling K-pop show in New Zealand history.<\/p>\n

IVE\u2019s concert was promoted by Live Nation New Zealand, and the promoter reports a 600% increase in Asia Pop shows across Australia and New Zealand since 2015.<\/p>\n

The popular girl group debuted in 2021 with Eleven, and have gone on to achieve seven consecutive million-seller albums. IVE were also named by Forbes Asia in its 2024 30 Under 30 list.<\/p>\n

As well as New Zealand, their current world tour spans a whopping 19 countries. Their tour also previously took them to Sydney and Melbourne earlier this month.<\/p>\n

According to the Chosun Daily\u2018s review of their Sydney show<\/a>, IVE filled \u201cthe stage with an even more overwhelming scale and a tightly woven narrative in their setlist, once again imprinting their diverse colours and stage presence.\u201d<\/p>\n
