It&#8217;s confirmed to feature the Snapdragon 8 Elite, a last-gen flagship SoC, which is expected to keep the price low compared to the current flagships.&#13;<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">The company has also showcased the design and shared some key specs of the gaming phone. Now, Xiaomi has confirmed the battery and display details. As expected, they match what <a href=\"https:\/\/www.notebookcheck.net\/New-Xiaomi-gaming-phone-launches-as-affordable-RedMagic-11-Pro-rival.1279543.0.html\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">the Redmi K90 Max<\/a> comes with.&#13;<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">Specifically, the Redmi K90 Ultra is confirmed to sport an AMOLED display with a 165Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness rating of 3,500 nits. Xiaomi didn&#8217;t share the screen size, but it&#8217;s expected to be a 6.83-inch panel.&#13;<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">Moving to the battery, Xiaomi shares that it will feature an 8,550mAh capacity, which is the same as the battery of the Redmi K90 Max. It&#8217;s confirmed to support 100W fast charging and 22.5W reverse charging (160W Ugreen Nexode Pro curr. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/UGREEN-160W-5-Port-Fast-Charger\/dp\/B0FYFDD1WW?tag=nbcnewsnet-20\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"sponsored nofollow noopener\">$49.99 on Amazon<\/a>). The phone supports bypass charging as well, which is a very handy feature for gaming.&#13;<\/p>\n<p class=\"bodytext\">Previously, Xiaomi confirmed that the Snapdragon 8 Elite will be paired with the D2 chipset to ensure enhanced gaming performance. The Redmi K90 Ultra will also come with a Sound by Bose speaker setup, Surge T1 network enhancement chipset, and 3,500Hz touch sampling rate.
