{"id":553629,"date":"2026-06-25T15:03:15","date_gmt":"2026-06-25T15:03:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ie\/553629\/"},"modified":"2026-06-25T15:03:15","modified_gmt":"2026-06-25T15:03:15","slug":"horsegiirl-reveals-she-took-billie-eilish-to-berghain-she-ended-up-staying-until-7am","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ie\/553629\/","title":{"rendered":"HorsegiirL reveals she took Billie Eilish to Berghain: &#8220;She ended up staying until 7am&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nme.com\/artists\/horsegiirl\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">HorsegiirL<\/a> has revealed that she took <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nme.com\/artists\/billie-eilish\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Billie Eilish<\/a> to Berghain in 2025, saying the pop star \u201cended up staying until 7am\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>The masked German DJ, singer and producer (aka Stella Stallion) spoke about the time she crossed paths with Eilish when speaking to<a href=\"https:\/\/www.thefader.com\/2026\/06\/24\/horsegiirl-no-mask-nature-is-healing-interview?utm_source=tftw\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\"> The Fader<\/a> about her debut studio album, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nme.com\/reviews\/album\/horsegiirl-nature-is-healing-review-3949092\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">\u2018Nature Is Healing\u2019<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>This followed Eilish\u2019s arena show in Berlin last year as part of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nme.com\/news\/music\/billie-eilish-announces-hit-me-hard-and-soft-world-tour-dates-in-uk-north-america-europe-and-australia-3751792\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">her \u2018Hit Me Hard And Soft\u2019 European tour<\/a>. HorsegiirL took the \u2018Birds Of A Feather\u2019 artist and her team to the city\u2019s legendary nightclub Berghain, where mobile phones and cameras are banned.<\/p>\n<p>Eilish was given \u201ca taste of the anonymity\u201d that HorsegiirL maintains in her career during the visit, according to the outlet.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI think she ended up staying until 7am, just dancing, you know?\u201d she recalled. \u201cJust having a cute time, because it\u2019s a space where no one takes photos, and no one is bothering you.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-3942080\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/HorsegirldebutalbumNatureIsHealing-copy.jpg\" alt=\"Horsegiirl, photo by Alex Lockett\" width=\"2000\" height=\"1270\"  \/>Horsegiirl. She probably hasn\u2019t had lots of these experiences without waking up to lots of videos online.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Elsewhere in The Fader\u2018s recent interview, the publication stated that HorsegiirL was the first DJ to play \u2018Crazy Frog\u2019 in Berghain\u2019s Panorama Bar. \u201cAnd I played Hampton the Hamster too,\u201d she said. \u201cThese hoes had never heard that. That night, it really brought everyone together.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>As NME noted in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nme.com\/reviews\/album\/horsegiirl-nature-is-healing-review-3949092\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">its four-star review of \u2018Nature Is Healing\u2019<\/a>, HorsegiirL \u2013 who is based in Berlin \u2013 has previously performed at \u201challowed techno spaces like Berghain\u201d after becoming \u201ca festival staple\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>The review concluded: \u201cThere\u2019s plenty of speculation about whether HorsegiirL is a major-label gimmick, but the DJ has openly spoken about her queer underground rave origins.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThat experience has undeniably informed HorsegiirL\u2019s confidence barnstorming through a wide diversity of dance genres without getting lost. She might be known for horsing around, but \u2018Nature Is Healing\u2019 proves you shouldn\u2019t take Stella Stallion for a foal.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>HorsegiirL is set to appear at numerous European festivals this summer, including Poland\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nme.com\/features\/music-features\/opener-2026-pop-paradise-zara-larsson-jennie-addison-rae-3952717\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Open\u2019er<\/a> and Spain\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nme.com\/news\/music\/bilbao-bbk-2026-lily-allen-robbie-williams-david-byrne-idles-interpol-cmat-lead-stacked-line-up-3917978\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Bilbao BBK Live<\/a>. We are herd animals. So are humans.
