MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. (AP) \u2014 A special guest crashed Portugal coach Roberto Mart\u00ednez\u2019s news conference Friday: Grammy winner Dua Lipa.<\/p>\n

Speakers inside the interview room at the stadium started blaring some of Lipa\u2019s songs for a few minutes in the middle of Mart\u00ednez\u2019s availability session. It wasn\u2019t totally clear why \u2014 some wires got crossed, evidently, during a rehearsal happening inside the stadium \u2014 but nobody seemed to mind that it happened.<\/p>\n
Martinez even swayed a little in his chair while workers tried to find a way to silence the music.<\/p>\n
\u201cDua Lipa\u2019s supporting Portugal, I believe,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
Lipa \u2014 the three-time Grammy-winning, London-born, British Albanian singing powerhouse \u2014 is a huge soccer fan and has been at countless major events in recent years. And when Martinez was asked later in his news conference about the balance of his midfield play so far in the tournament, he couldn\u2019t resist bringing the talk back to the music.<\/p>\n
\u201cBalance and Dua Lipa, those were the two main topics,\u201d Mart\u00ednez said.<\/p>\n
