From his tongue and lips to God\u2019s ears, Mick Jagger told GQ<\/a> in a new interview that a Rolling Stones biopic is of absolute interest to him \u2014 just not in the style of whatever is going on with those four Beatles films<\/a>. \u201cI don\u2019t want to impart it to you, but I know how I see it,\u201d he explained. \u201cThere\u2019s lots of ways of doing biopics. So most of the time when you do a biopic, you do one small section of someone\u2019s life bookended by some other stuff. Take the Bob Dylan movie<\/a>. You do the moment when Bob went electric. You\u2019d have to think, what are you going to zero in on? And where\u2019s your two years of interest?\u201d (Apologies to Deliver Me From Nowhere, the Bruce Springsteen flick<\/a> that hasn\u2019t reached the same rock-star cachet.) Jagger didn\u2019t offer any specifics, though, on the ideal diptych of years for a depiction of the band. \u201cI don\u2019t know which section,\u201d he said, \u201cbecause it\u2019s a long period.\u201d Jagger also had no actor in mind to portray him. But back to the pressing question: What would be the most compelling period<\/a> in Stones history to translate for the big screen? We\u2019ll pitch the chaotic, cameo-filled day<\/a> of filming The Rolling Stones Rock and Roll Circus; the French-villa bacchanalia during the Exile on Main St. sessions; or the night <\/a>when Charlie Watts got out of his pajamas and put on a suit to punch Jagger square in the face.
