Bren and Charlie O’Sullivan have opened the new All Apologies wine bar in Kinsale<\/p>\n

The owners of a new wine and cocktail bar say a joint bar venture was a “no-brainer.” Charlie and Brendan have opened the doors at All Apologies in Kinsale<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The intimate Pier Road venue boasts wonderful waterside views of the marina, in a cosy setting ideal for after-work drinks, pre-dinner cocktails, or a casual night out in Kinsale.<\/p>\n

Charlie and Brendan O’Sullivan met while working in restaurants in Dublin, and say their love for the hospitality industry was sparked by a “special magic in the connections and conversations that are made possible in these spaces.”<\/p>\n

In a sneak peek, they shared clips on social media showing what customers can expect from the lovely new bar:<\/p>\n

“We have had the good fortune to work in some exceptional establishments over the years, both home and abroad, and are eager to deliver the same level of care, positivity, creativity and enthusiasm as was curated in all of those wonderful venues,” Charlie and Bren write on their website.<\/p>\n

The pair “love to host and to party”, so said opening a new venue together was a \u201cno-brainer\u201d. All Apologies is a “combination of our best nights out and the incredible venues we have worked in across the world, all wrapped up in years of blood, sweat and tears,” they say.<\/p>\n

All Apologies offers a curated wine list and a menu of craft cocktails, including signature drinks and seasonal specials that the team hopes will be a hit this summer. The bar is open on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings from 5.30 pm. They operate a walk-in policy with bookings for groups of six or more.<\/p>\n

They have opened at the former Vista Bistro at Shearwater. The landmark restaurant was one of Kinsale’s best-known food spots before it went up for sale with a \u20ac700,000 asking price.<\/p>\n

The Shearwater development, which includes apartments, was built in 2005 and is one of the most high-profile property developments in the town, with very high traffic of both vehicles and footfall every day.<\/p>\n

The new All Apologies bar is in great company among some of Kinsale’s most popular restaurants and bars.
