All Apologies is a “combination of our best nights out and the incredible venues we have worked in across the world, all wrapped up in years of blood, sweat and tears,” they say.

All Apologies offers a curated wine list and a menu of craft cocktails, including signature drinks and seasonal specials that the team hopes will be a hit this summer. The bar is open on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings from 5.30 pm. They operate a walk-in policy with bookings for groups of six or more.

They have opened at the former Vista Bistro at Shearwater. The landmark restaurant was one of Kinsale’s best-known food spots before it went up for sale with a €700,000 asking price.

The Shearwater development, which includes apartments, was built in 2005 and is one of the most high-profile property developments in the town, with very high traffic of both vehicles and footfall every day.

The new All Apologies bar is in great company among some of Kinsale’s most popular restaurants and bars. Nearby operators include restaurants like No19, The White Lady and The Black Pig up the road, while Acton’s Hotel is just steps away.

After years in the industry, they say a joint venture is a ‘no-brainer’ 17:43, 29 Jun 2026Updated 17:46,…

[40
9,10,124933,18,13,14,6,19,17,36083,11,12,15,16,5,7,8
post-560936","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","category-ireland","tag-breaking-news","tag-breakingnews","tag-cork-pubs","tag-eire","tag-featured-news","tag-featurednews","tag-headlines","tag-ie","tag-ireland","tag-kinsale","tag-latest-news","tag-latestnews","tag-main-news","tag-mainnews","tag-news","tag-top-stories","tag-topstories
["GET
