{"id":565756,"date":"2026-07-02T20:11:13","date_gmt":"2026-07-02T20:11:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ie\/565756\/"},"modified":"2026-07-02T20:11:13","modified_gmt":"2026-07-02T20:11:13","slug":"irish-developer-sisk-wins-contract-for-battersea-power-station-project-in-london-the-irish-times","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ie\/565756\/","title":{"rendered":"Irish developer Sisk wins contract for Battersea Power Station project in London \u2013 The Irish Times"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"c-paragraph paywall \">Irish developer <a href=\"https:\/\/www.irishtimes.com\/tags\/sisk\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.irishtimes.com\/tags\/sisk\">Sisk <\/a>has been awarded the contract to lead construction on the latest phase of the Battersea Power Station regeneration project, set to begin this summer.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph paywall \">The contract is the third phase of Battersea Power Station\u2019s long term development plans in London, which aims to transform the 42-acre site into a neighbourhood of homes, shops, cafes, offices and public space.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph paywall \"> More than a thousand homes have been built at what is called Circus West Village, while the old power station itself  now houses Apple\u2019s UK headquarters and more than 100 brands.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph paywall \">This new phase will focus on the completion of the area\u2019s pedestrianised high street.
