It has been over a year since Cardi B<\/a><\/strong> filed for a divorce from her husband, Offset<\/a><\/strong>. Despite the separation, the latter appears to be supportive of his former partner. In his recent interview with TMZ, the rapper was asked about the ex-spouses clashing professionally. However, Offset pressed on, seeking peace with Cardi B.<\/p>\n

Offset says he \u2018just want all peace\u2019 as he supports ex Cardi B amid divorce<\/p>\n

In his latest conversation with TMZ<\/a>\u2018s Charlie Cotton, Offset revealed that he is seeking peace with his ex-wife, Cardi B. Cotton asked the 33-year-old rapper if the Grammy Award-winning singer\u2019s upcoming album, \u201cAm I the Drama?\u201d might affect his latest release, \u201cKiari.\u201d Moreover, the reporter asked if the ex-couple\u2019s \u201ckids gonna have both their parents nominated for album of the year?\u201d To this, Offset replied, \u201cFor sure.\u201d<\/p>\n

Additionally, Cotton asked, \u201cYou guys gonna go up against each other maybe?\u201d However, the \u201cBodies\u201d singer replied, \u201cI just want all peace, man, for us to win, everybody gotta win.\u201d He continued, \u201cWe got kids to take care of, we got to catch the dubs.\u201d Offset also confirmed supporting the \u201cWAP\u201d hitmaker\u2019s much-awaited upcoming album. He stated, \u201cFor sure. That s**t hard, she\u2019s gonna do her big one, too.\u201d<\/p>\n

Recently, Offset also offered interesting insights on his new song, \u201cMove On,\u201d from his album \u201cKiari. \u201d It is suggested that the song is about the end of his and Cardi B\u2019s relationship. The rapper told Associated Press<\/a>, \u201cIt\u2019s about moving on peacefully. That\u2019s what the message is supposed to be.\u201d He also explained that the track is also about \u201clove\u201d and \u201cpeace.\u201d \u201cI just ended that up with the album, just to end that chapter of that s**t. Because it\u2019s just [time to] move on, it\u2019s over and done with,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n

Moreover, the musician stated he is ready to move on from their relationship, stating, \u201cIt was great while it lasted\u2026 That shouldn\u2019t be the topic for either one of us no more. It\u2019s a book that\u2019s closed.\u201d For the unversed, Cardi B filed for a divorce from Offset in July 2024. In October of the same year, she sparked romance rumors with NFL player Stefon Diggs.
