Sage & Berry serves a\u00e7ai bowls and other healthy eats

Customers can either create their own a\u00e7ai bowl by mixing and matching bases with toppings, or choose from the menu\u2019s creations.<\/p>\n
The Sage & Berry \u201csignature\u201d bowl, for example, comes with an a\u00e7ai base and is topped with blueberries, strawberries, granola, bananas, coconut flakes and honey.<\/p>\n
Outside of a\u00e7ai bowls, though, Sage & Berry serves other healthy eats like avocado toast and Greek salads \u2014 the latter of which Mohammed is \u201ckind of addicted to\u201d, she said with a laugh.<\/p>\n
The menu also offers beverages like fruit smoothies, matcha lattes, and flavored lemonades.<\/p>\n
Sage & Berry aims to fill a local demand<\/p>\n
When it came to the mall, Mohammed said, a big part of the appeal was the fact that nothing else like Sage & Berry was there.<\/p>\n
She\u2019d originally expected to bring another Greek eatery to the mall, leaning on her roots from before. But the space she was offered inside the mall lent itself better to a streamlined, counter-service concept.<\/p>\n
Due to her daughter\u2019s love of a\u00e7ai bowls, she also knew that dish is on the rise \u2014 and that no one else in the mall was serving them.<\/p>\n
Within its first few weeks, that demand has proven itself. Some Sage & Berry customers who work at nearby stores in the mall have already returned for their next fix; in some cases, multiple times in one day.<\/p>\n
\u201cI just wanted to bring something healthy to the mall,\u201d she said. \u201cThat\u2019s what\u2019s most exciting to me.\u201d<\/p>\n
