Ryanair’s<\/a> social media team has earned plaudits once again after issuing a brutal three-word response to a disgruntled passenger’s window seat complaint. The Irish airline took to X after user, Toby said he was “disgusted” by his position in the cabin<\/a>.<\/p>\n “Paid for a window seat Ryanair,” he wrote in a post alongside a snap of his predicament. “Absolutely disgusting.” In the photo, which has been viewed more than 6.4 million times, Toby could be seen glancing to his left at the plane’s sidewall panel, with a window just in shot over his shoulder<\/a>.<\/p>\n Writing in response, one X user claimed: “No, you didn\u2019t pay for a window seat. You paid for a seat on the window side of the plane.”<\/p>\n Content cannot be displayed without consent<\/p>\n A second person quipped: “This is why you use seat maps. This one tricks a lot of folks.”<\/p>\n A third commented: “No you didn\u2019t and I\u2019m sure you can manage a couple of hours without needing to see out the window.”<\/p>\n While a fourth pointed out: “This is the famous Row 11 (or 12 depending on the Boeing 737 model). It\u2019s practically an internet heritage site at this point. You should feel honoured to sit in a meme history location.”<\/p>\n Ryanair, meanwhile, hilariously reposted Toby’s tweet adding a large red arrow to his image pointing to the window behind him. “Hope this helps,” they said.<\/p>\n
