\n\tGood news Louis Tomlinson<\/a> fans: the former One Direction<\/a> singer is prepping his third solo studio album and he sounds pretty, pretty chuffed about it. On Tuesday (Sept. 9) the \u201cWalls\u201d singer announced that the unnamed LP is coming along nicely.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cJust sat listening to the new record and I\u2019ve got a really really good feeling this time around!\u201d he wrote on X<\/a>. \u201cCan\u2019t wait for you all to hear it!!\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tFans were equally excited, writing in the comments, \u201cNone of your records have disappointed thus far! Can\u2019t wait!!,\u201d \u201cwe also eager to hear it,\u201d \u201ccount the days to listen to it!! I\u2019m sure it\u2019s going to be great!,\u201d \u201csure just make us jealous that we can\u2019t hear it yet\u201d and \u201cSo so so so so ready to hear it!!\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tThe album\u00a0will be the follow-up to 2022\u2019s Faith in the Future, which featured the singles \u201cBigger Than Me,\u201d \u201cOut of My System\u201d and \u201cSilver Tongues.\u201d That LP debuted at No. 5 on the Billboard 200 album chart and was Tomlinson\u2019s first to debut at No. 1 on the UK album charts.<\/p>\n

\n\tTomlinson has not yet announced a release date or title for his third effort, though he has begun lining up some live dates in the meantime and it sounds like fans might get a sneak peek next month. When a fan expressed frustration at the lack of information, Tomlinson teased, \u201cor maybe I\u2019m going to play something new<\/a> at away from home,\u201d following up with \u201cit\u2019s about time isn\u2019t it\u201d and \u201cReally really excited about it! Got a few surprises. Should be fun.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tTomlinson will headline the upcoming New York edition of his Away From Home Festival (Oct. 4-5) at Brewery Ommegang in Cooperstown, where he will appear alongside his curated list of fellow performers, which include Lauv, Steve Aoki, Plain White T\u2019s, Daya, Circa Waves, Pale Waves and others.<\/p>\n

\n\tHe\u2019s also on the roster<\/a> for BBC Radio 1\u2019s Live Lounge Month 2025<\/a> in October, which will find a roster of superstars performing on the network\u2019s morning radio show at noon GMT on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays throughout the month. Tomlinson will take the stage on Oct. 29, following sets from Olivia Dean, Conan Gray, Myles Smith, MGK, PinkPantheress, Robbie Williams, The Last Dinner Party, Skye Newman, Rene\u00e9 Rapp, Lewis Capaldi, Demi Lovato, Wet Leg and Mumford & Sons. Live Lounge guests typically perform one of their own songs as well as a cover song.<\/p>\n
