They had the luxury of waiting and taking their time to see what\u2019s out there,\u201d said Mr. Hanton. <\/p>\n<p class=\"c-article-body__text mv-16 l-inset text-pb-8\" data-sophi-feature=\"interstitial\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.theglobeandmail.com\/real-estate\/toronto\/article-toronto-home-sells-below-price-at-market-peak\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Home sells $370,000 below price paid by sellers at market peak<\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"c-article-body__text text-pr-5\">The owners were looking for a different lifestyle, even if it meant selling their four-bedroom home for less than the roughly $5.1-million they paid the original builder.
