\n\tServing as the pinnacle of black tie elegance, Monaco<\/a>\u2018s Red Cross Gala \u2014 or the Gala de la Croix-Rouge Mon\u00e9gasque, in French \u2014\u00a0is the yearly flagship fundraiser<\/a> for the Monaco Red Cross, which, from 1958 to 1982, was presided over by none other than Grace Kelly<\/a>, Princess of Monaco. Charlene, Princess of Monaco, statuesque as ever, channeled the timeless style of her late mother-in-law in a custom-made Elie Saab<\/a> golden draped gown. The couple was joined by niece Camille Gottlieb, one of Kelly\u2019s 11 grandchildren, plus the evening\u2019s hosting duo, actress and model Estelle Lef\u00e9bure and actor and comedian Michel Boujenah. <\/p>\n \n\tFollowing arrivals, guests glided through a sea of white tablecloths to dine on a multi-course meal imagined by three-Michelin-starred chef Marcel Ravin. Where Legends Come Back. This dance-inducing live show, which traces the journey of African-American music, is the newest original production by Monte-Carlo Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 des Bains de Mer (SBM), the luxury hospitality and entertainment company that doubles as the annual gala\u2019s organizer and venue host. In many ways, SBM feels like \u2014 and, quite honestly, is \u2014 the brain behind much of Monaco\u2019s social, cultural and hotel scene, with the sovereign city-state sitting at under one square mile.<\/p>\n \n\tSBM\u2019s crown jewel has to be the H\u00f4tel de Paris Monte-Carlo<\/a>, a palatial escape located at\u00a0Place du Casino in Monte Carlo, smack dab in the heart of Monaco.
