Now, Yvonne has her own marketing company, which allows her to have so much more freedom. “I have my own clients now, ” she continued. “I\u2019m still very close to a lot of the girls I used to work with, who I adore. But it\u2019s kinda nice to get that time back. If you do go through a layoff or you get fired or you\u2019re just thinking about switching your career, it is nice to have some time to think about what you want to do next. I just kind of gained a new perspective.”<\/p>\n

Yvonne Najor shares new details about her career today<\/p>\n
While Yvonne previously worked in the hospitality industry, she now gets to spend more time with her clients. “It\u2019s interesting because I oversaw marketing for 20 restaurants, bars, nightlife venues and touched everything on social and marketing, so I feel like I have so many different clients. But it\u2019s kind of like a boutique marketing agency,” she told Bravo Insider. “One of my clients is actually Dr. Georgina [Ferzli]<\/a>. So my team runs her social media and does all of the videos. So a lot of social media clients.”<\/p>\n And starting her own business has awarded Yvonne so much freedom. “Sometimes I see stuff with women walking in a cute outfit going to work, and I\u2019m like, \u2018Ugh. I miss that.\u2019 I miss that hustle,” she admitted. “But it\u2019s like I got my time back and I make my own schedule and I get to work on so many different projects so… I think it\u2019s also getting over the fact that you\u2019re not your title.
