\n\tOlga Solovey \u2014 the mother of Halyna Hutchins, who was fatally shot on the set of the Western film Rust<\/a> \u2014\u00a0has died at the age of 67.<\/p>\n \n\tSolovey\u2019s death was confirmed by lawyers for Hutchins\u2019 family, who said she was living in Kyiv, Ukraine, when she died on Feb. 24. Solovey was \u201cheartbroken because of the sudden and unexpected death of Halyna,\u201d a statement read.<\/p>\n \n\tIn order to continue seeking Solovey\u2019s consortium claims related to Hutchins\u2019 death, the family\u2019s legal team stated that will be filing an \u201cApplication for the Appointment of Limited Representative in New Mexico\u201d with Solovey\u2019s surviving daughter, Svetlana Zemko. The actor also faced\u00a0civil lawsuits<\/a>\u00a0from multiple crew members and members of Hutchins\u2019 family.<\/p>\n \n\tHutchins\u2019 husband\u00a0previously settled<\/a>\u00a0with Baldwin and the film\u2019s producers, but her mom, Solovey sued Baldwin in New Mexico alongside Mamie Mitchell, the\u00a0Rust\u00a0script supervisor who\u00a0initially sued in Los Angeles<\/a>\u00a0before her claims were moved to Santa Fe.
