\n\tFans of Showtime<\/a>\u2018s Dexter: Resurrection<\/a> officially have a foot in the door of Season 2, with a batch of first-look images and new details teasing what America\u2019s favorite fictional serial killer has in store when the show returns to Paramount+<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\n\tFrom Clyde Phillips, the second season of Dexter: Resurrection finds Dexter Morgan (Michael C. Hall) caught between two killers \u2013 one notorious and the other terrorizing New York in ways no one ever anticipated \u2013 all while battling his greatest enemy yet: a mid-life crisis. Harrison (Jack Alcott) continues his own pursuit of justice as father and son face their darkest chapter.<\/p>\n

\n\tSeason 2 cast also includes returning stars Uma Thurman, Ntare Guma Mbaho Mwine, Kadia Saraf, Dominic Fumusa, Desmond Harrington and James Remar. New series regular additions include Brian Cox, Dan Stevens, Bokeem Woodbine, and Nona Parker Johnson. Krysten Ritter also returns in a guest-starring role, and Gabriel Luna joins as a guest star this season.<\/p>\n

\n\tSome of the photos are very interesting. Like the one below showing Harrison has joined the family business by embracing a career in law enforcement. Three of his family members were employed with the Miami Metro Police Department in the original series: his grandfather, Harry Morgan (Remar), was a detective; his father, Dexter, was a blood spatter analyst; and his aunt, Debra Morgan (Jennifer Carpenter), was a homicide detective.<\/p>\n

\n\tIt\u2019s scary going into Season 2 with this character, especially following the death of Angel Batista (David Zayas) in Season 1. Quinn has long suspected Dexter of being a killer going back to the mothership series. His buddy Batista was slain by Leon Prater (Peter Dinklage), but there\u2019s no doubt Quinn will suspect Dexter played a role in it. Say your prayers now, for Joey Quinn.<\/p>\n

\n\tWell hello, Charley (Thurman). She is back after getting her mom far away from the chaos of New York City in the Season 1 finale, even though her boss Prater is dead and buried. The reason for Charley\u2019s return is as yet unknown, but let\u2019s not forget she told Dexter last season that it would be her who kills his son Harrison. <\/p>\n

\n\tLooking at the photo below closely, it looks like Charley and Dexter are holding hands and they have some intense staring going on. Is Dexter playing her or is this really a new love connection for him to explore? Charley is a baddy but can she be trusted? So many questions and yet, no Season 2 premiere date.<\/p>\n

\n\tIs this part of his mid-life crisis? Could he just have bought himself a sports car?<\/p>\n
