Nick Jonas, Alex Wolff, Morgan Turner, Ser\u2019Darius Blain, Madison Iseman, Rhys Darby and Danny DeVito round out the cast for the final installment in the trilogy. <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\t<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hollywoodreporter.com\/t\/jumanji-open-world\/\" id=\"auto-tag_jumanji-open-world_1\" data-tag=\"jumanji-open-world\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Jumanji: Open World<\/a> centers on the game\u2019s heroes breaking free of its console and wreaking havoc on our world. The trailer shows Johnson, Black, Hart and Gillan in the real world as stilted versions of the video game avatars they play. <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\tWolff\u2019s character explains, \u201cWe have a problem. They\u2019re video game characters, but they\u2019re stuck in demo mode.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\tThis movie follows 2017\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hollywoodreporter.com\/t\/jumanji-next-level\/\" id=\"auto-tag_jumanji-next-level_1\" data-tag=\"jumanji-next-level\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Jumanji: The Next Level<\/a>, which rebooted the franchise after Robin Williams starred in a 1995 feature version adapting Chris Van Allsburg\u2019s 1981 children\u2019s book. Kasdan, who directed the 2017 film and its 2019 sequel, returns to helm Open World from a script he co-wrote with Jeff Pinkner and Scott Rosenberg. Kasdan, Johnson, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hollywoodreporter.com\/t\/matt-tolmach\/\" id=\"auto-tag_matt-tolmach_1\" data-tag=\"matt-tolmach\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Matt Tolmach<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hollywoodreporter.com\/t\/dany-garcia\/\" id=\"auto-tag_dany-garcia_1\" data-tag=\"dany-garcia\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Dany Garcia<\/a> and Hiram Garcia serve as producers. <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\tWelcome to the Jungle\u00a0focused on a group of teenage friends getting trapped inside a video game as a collection of adult avatars. It hit theaters in December 2017 and surpassed $950 million at the global box office. The 2019 sequel, subtitled\u00a0The Next Level, topped $801 million globally.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\tJohnson, Hart and Black took the stage at CinemaCon earlier this year, where they unveiled the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hollywoodreporter.com\/movies\/movie-news\/jumanji-3-trailer-dwayne-johnson-kevin-hart-jack-black-1236561968\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">new movie\u2019s first footage<\/a> and revealed the title. Black told the crowd, \u201cI\u2019ve never had more fun working on a movie.
