I can throw different things at him, and he\u2019ll catch it and throw it back.\u2019 And we kind of had this back and forth. And there was just really great chemistry. And after that day, I was just so excited to keep working with these ding-a-lings! It was really interesting prepping for her, because there was such a sweet naivety to her that was just so curious. But then also this really dark longing to know who she is and where she came from, and what does it mean, looking for purpose in life? She sees a way out of her stagnant life through this young, beautiful man, and that just really appealed to me. There was this like brightness and this levity as well as this dark underbelly.
