Getty Images<\/p>\nHenry Winkler is sharing which former screen partner didn\u2019t leave the best impression on him.<\/p>\n
While appearing at a recent fan expo in Tennessee, the 80-year-old actor spoke about the camaraderie on set of \u201cHappy Days,\u201d explaining \u201con our set, there was no stardom,\u201d and how one guest star failed to mesh with the rest of the cast.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe were an ensemble. We worked hard at making it funny every week,\u201d he said. \u201cOne guy came on as a guest star, and then he was brought back a few times, and he would mention his fan mail, and I said, \u2018You don\u2019t want to talk to me about fan mail, I got 50,000 letters a week.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n
He then explained to the actor that \u201cwe don\u2019t talk about that on the set\u201d and that \u201cwe are all here as one.\u201d<\/p>\n
Despite the warning, Winkler said the actor \u201ckept doing it,\u201d later calling the guest star \u201can a\u2013back.\u201d While he didn\u2019t name names, he mentioned that the character the actor portrayed was named Eugene.<\/p>\n
Winkler played Arthur \u201cFonzie\u201d Fonzarelli on the hit sitcom throughout all of its 11 seasons, from 1974 to 1984. After getting his big break on the show, he went on to enjoy a successful career in both film and television, earning a Golden Globe nomination for \u201cHeroes,\u201d and starring in \u201cThe Waterboy,\u201d \u201cHoles\u201d and \u201cClick.\u201d<\/p>\n

After years in the industry, Winkler is still having new experiences on set, as he recently filmed his first nude scene for the first episode of the third season of \u201cLoot.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cMaya Rudolph is one of my favorites. She is [a] brilliant person and a lovely person. So, when she asked me to be on the first episode of the third season of \u2018Loot,\u2019 I didn\u2019t even ask to read the script,\u201d he explained.<\/p>\n
He then explained that when he went to his first costume fitting, he was shocked to find \u201ca silk robe that went to there,\u201d he said while pointing to his upper thigh. \u201cThere was nothing else.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd then we did it in January on the beach. And I want to say the wind came from every direction,\u201d he said. \u201cParts of my body, large and small. \u2026 It was so cold. I was in shock. But then I was with Maya and her wonderful cast.\u201d<\/p>\n
While he won two Golden Globe Awards for playing Fonzie, Winkler didn\u2019t win his first Emmy Award until 2018, when he was rewarded for his work on the hit show \u201cBarry.\u201d<\/p>\n

He starred on the show as Gene Cousineau, an acting coach who finds himself striking a friendship with a wanted assassin, played by Bill Hader, for four seasons.<\/p>\n
\u201cBe yourself, be honest about your ability, prepare so that you are not a flash in the pan,\u201d he said backstage after his win, per Variety.<\/p>\n
\u201cWhen I first started here in Hollywood \u2026 I thought of myself as a tree or sapling. I planted. I wanted to grow and be strong until I couldn\u2019t do this anymore.
