(KOLN) &#8211; Residents in Seward County are encouraged to report any mountain lion sightings after one was reported Monday morning.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The Seward County Sheriff\u2019s Office said it was notified of a possible sighting four miles north of Staplehurst. It is unknown which direction the animal traveled.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The Nebraska Game and Parks Commission has been notified, but the agency has not yet confirmed the animal\u2019s presence, the sheriff\u2019s office said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Anyone who spots the mountain lion should not approach the animal.
