For the last decade, however, it\u2019s been in the hands of hoteliers Ollie Vigors and Joel Cadbury, part of the family that founded the beloved British chocolate brand. It\u2019s now divided into the main house\u2014with suites that contain nods to famous former guests\u2014the Garden House, and the more contemporary Coach House, which houses the luxury spa. The pair tapped Van Eyssen, an alum of famed Asian hospitality brand <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vogue.com\/article\/aman-hotels-lifestyle-brand\" class=\"text link\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Aman<\/a>, to curate the spa\u2019s program, which reflected her thoughtful and holistic approach to wellness. There\u2019s also a range of artisanal, locally sourced, and small-batch wellness brands available to browse at the spa\u2019s shop, including the likes of <a data-offer-url=\"https:\/\/therapi.com\/\" class=\"external-link text link\" data-event-click=\"{&quot;element&quot;:&quot;ExternalLink&quot;,&quot;outgoingURL&quot;:&quot;https:\/\/therapi.com\/&quot;}\" href=\"https:\/\/therapi.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Therapi<\/a>, a sustainable skin-care brand that supports bee conservation\u2014founder Tanya Hawks is an ethical beekeeper.
