\u201cHarry Potter\u201d film series actress Jessie Cave credited OnlyFans with providing herself more financial stability than acting. The actress, who played Lavender Brown through the final three entries of the Warner Bros. film franchise, first created a non-explicit account on the platform in March 2025.<\/p>\n

In an interview published Friday with the London-based outlet The Times<\/a> (via Entertainment Weekly<\/a>), Cave opened up about the success that she\u2019s found posting \u201chair content\u201d on OnlyFans. The actress, who has also appeared in titles like \u201cBlack Mirror\u201d and \u201cIndustry\u201d in more recent years, posts for an audience that pays $6 each month to access her content, which includes additional revenue from occasional \u201cpaid-for messages.\u201d Cave shared that she made \u00a315,000 within a single day.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ve earned more, easily, than my entire acting career within one year,\u201d she said. \u201cI thought I\u2019d make five grand, be on it for a few months and it would buy me time to work out what we\u2019re going to do \u2026 But it\u2019s now been over a year and a half and it\u2019s genuinely saved our lives.\u201d<\/p>\n

In the interview, Cave acknowledged the \u201cstigma\u201d that comes with operating on OnlyFans, which is known for hosting \u201clargely porn\u201d creators. She has previously described her presence on the platform as based around \u201chair content,\u201d posting \u201cthe best quality hair sounds\u201d and \u201cvery sensual stuff.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cBut there are cooking videos, tarot readings, personal training \u2014 it\u2019s just all done (on OnlyFans) with a sexy edge. It is about wanting some kind of gaze \u2026 I wear baggy T-shirts on stage, I\u2019ve never posted a bikini shot, I wear huge glasses,\u201d Cave said. \u201cFor so long I\u2019ve just been this quirky figure. After having four kids and feeling invisible for so long that was really appealing to me.\u201d<\/p>\n

Last year, Cave explained<\/a> why she launched her OnlyFans account in a Substack post, saying she was \u201cripping up the good little actress rule book\u201d by trying the platform for one year.<\/p>\n

\u201cMy aim? To get the house safe, cover the arsenic\/lead wallpaper, build a new roof etc. My aim? To get out of debt. My aim? To empower myself? To prove to those in the past who have misjudged me that I\u2019m not so sweet? To put time into something I never invested in before: self-love,\u201d she wrote at the time.<\/p>\n

Cave isn\u2019t the only established actor to launch an OnlyFans for supplementary revenue. Other notable names to join the platform include Cardi B, Lily Allen, Amber Rose and Drea de Matteo.<\/p>\n
