When she realizes she signed the same agreement, her discoveries put her in the crosshairs of the firm\u2019s most powerful female partner Sharon (Kidman)\u2014upending their mentor-prot\u00e9g\u00e9 dynamic and raising the question: who gets to keep secrets, and at what cost.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">James will play \u201cLogan,\u201d a sharp corporate associate who becomes a mentor to Lenny. Ryan will star as \u201cBoone,\u201d Lenny\u2019s (Fanning) ex-boyfriend, a recovering addict from an affluent Dallas family, now nine months sober living at a halfway house while quietly trying to rebuild his life.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Matt Shakman serves as executive producer and will direct the first four episodes. Kidman<strong> <\/strong>and Per Saari (Blossom Films), Elle Fanning, Dakota Fanning and Brittany Kahan Ward<strong> <\/strong>(Lewellen Pictures), Joe Hipp (CUT TO) and Jordan Cerf (Linden Entertainment) also serve as executive producers along with A24.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">James starred in Barry Jenkins\u2019\u00a0If Beale Street Could Talk and in the Prime Video thriller series\u00a0Homecoming, James will next be seen portraying Carl Weathers in I Play Rocky, which will premiere at TIFF next month.
