\n\tParamount<\/a>+ has released the full trailer<\/a> for MobLand<\/a> season two \u2014 and it sees Tom Hardy\u2019s Harry Da Souza return<\/a> as the Harrigan family fixer as the family\u2019s drama ramps up.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cThis family is in a death spiral,\u201d Harry says to Pierce Brosnan<\/a>\u2018s Conrad Harrigan in the trailer.<\/p>\n

\n\tSeason one ended with crime boss Conrad and his partner in crime and wife, Maeve (Helen Mirren<\/a>), in jail. Now they\u2019re out and back to face the problems head-on with the criminal clan.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cConrad went completely bonkers berserk,\u201d a character says. <\/p>\n

\n\tHere\u2019s the official logline: \u201cThe Harrigans struggle to show a unified front as rising rivals threaten their fractured criminal empire \u2014 and Harry Da Souza, their street-smart and formidable \u2018fixer,\u2019 must walk a dangerous tightrope when tensions within the family intensify. As violence spills into every corner of their lives, loyalties snap, safety proves temporary and the battle for power leaves no room for mercy.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tBrosnan spoke with The Hollywood Reporter<\/a> about what he hopes is in store for MobLand\u2019s longevity.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cI would very much like to see more seasons. There\u2019s a lot of life\u00a0(laughs) and death within this family and these storylines,\u201d he said. People love these kind of characters, especially when they\u2019re so beautifully rendered by playwrights like Ronan Bennett and Jez Butterworth. And when you have an ensemble cast like we have, which is so strong, so powerful.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tBut after news broke that Hardy<\/a> reportedly clashed with executive producer Butterworth during the production of season two and allegedly refused to leave his trailer<\/a>, questions were raised about whether Hardy would even continue<\/a> with MobLand. However, they appeared to have patched things up<\/a> since he\u2019s returning for season three.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe cast rounds out with Joanne Froggatt, Lara Pulver, Anson Boon, Mandeep Dhillon, Jasmine Jobson, Teddie Allen, Emmett J. Scanlan, Johnny Flynn, Ophelia Lovibond, Janet McTeer and Toby Jones.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe crime drama is commissioned by Paramount+ and produced in association with Paramount Television Studios and 101 Studios. Additional executive producers include David C. Glasser, Guy Ritchie, Hardy, Ivan Atkinson, Dean Baker, Ron Burkle, David Hutkin, Bob Yari and Keith Cox.<\/p>\n

\n\tMobLand season two premieres Sept. 18 on Paramount+ and will consist of 10 episodes.
