Marvel Studios\u2019 \u201cGhost Rider\u201d reboot has an official release date. The movie, which will star Ryan Gosling<\/a> as the eponymous fiery, supernatural motorcyclist, will hit theaters July 28, 2028. The project was first announced during Marvel\u2019s Hall H presentation at San Diego Comic-Con in July. <\/p>\n \u201cGhost Rider\u201d will be directed by \u201cDeadpool & Wolverine\u2019s<\/a>\u201d Shawn Levy from a script written by Jonathan Tropper. Levy and Gosling are currently working together on \u201cStar Wars: Starfighter,\u201d the upcoming Lucasfilm title starring the \u201cBarbie\u201d actor as Kade Auberon \u2014 a mysterious starfighter pilot \u201cfrom the wrong side of the galaxy.\u201d \u201cStarfighter,\u201d which will debut May 28, 2027, was also written by Tropper. <\/p>\n Marvel\u2019s 2028 slate also includes \u201cX-Men,\u201d which is scheduled to hit theaters May 5, and \u201cBlack Panther 3\u201d for Dec. 15. <\/p>\n As confirmed during Disney\u2019s D23 fan event, the \u201cX-Men\u201d cast<\/a> includes Sadie Sink as Jean Grey, Kit Connor as Cyclops<\/a>, Christopher Abbott<\/a> as Professor Charles Xavier, Samara Weaving as Emma Frost, Inde Navarrette as Rogue, Maya Boyd as Storm and Adam Driver<\/a> as Nathaniel Milbury, also known as Mr. Sinister. Jake Schreier will direct the movie. <\/p>\n \u201cBlack Panther 3,\u201d meanwhile, will introduce David Jonsson as the new King of Wakanda. In addition to filmmaker Ryan Coogler, actors Letitia Wright and Winston Duke are returning for the third \u201cBlack Panther\u201d installment. <\/p>\n
