VIRGIN MEDIA TELEVISION (VMTV) has announced its Autumn schedule, including its first \u201cvertical drama\u201d designed specifically for people to watch on their phones.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The show,\u00a0Zero Focals Given, is set in a school called Col\u00e1iste Lorc\u00e1in, where \u201ca surprise Department inspection throws \u2018Gaeilge-curious\u2019 teacher Emma and her colleagues into disarray\u201d.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Other new offerings on the VMTV Autumn schedule include a new competition reality show called\u00a0Strangers.\u00a0<\/p>\n
In this Traitors-esque format, contestants must \u201cuncover the identities of their fellow players while keeping their own a secret\u201d and once their name is revealed they\u2019re eliminated.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Other new shows on offer to audiences this autumn include Dublin drama\u00a0Complicit starring Moe Dunford (The Dry) and Jason O\u2019Mara (These Sacred Vows).<\/p>\n
The schedule also features a number of documentaries including\u00a0Crisis in the Classroom, led by Eric Roberts, which looks at\u00a0growing pressures facing special needs education and\u00a0Katja Mia\u2019s\u00a0Health Hysteria: Are Women Being Gaslit?<\/p>\n
The schedule also confirms the return of some audience favourites including Gogglebox Ireland,\u00a0Living with Lucy and Collette Fitzpatrick\u2019s The Big Interview.<\/p>\n
The Tonight Show will also return with Shane Coleman after he was announced as its permanent host back in June.\u00a0<\/p>\n
VMTV will continue to broadcast some UK shows for Irish audiences, including I\u2019m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here,\u00a0The Voice UK,\u00a0The Masked Singer UK and Jeremy Clarkson\u2019s Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?\u00a0<\/p>\n
VMTV will also continue to broadcast soaps Emerdale and Coronation Street for Irish fans.\u00a0<\/p>\n
