Liverpool<\/a> have offered Paris Saint-Germain \u20ac115million (\u00a398m) for Bradley Barcola, while the French giants have frozen out both the 23-year-old and fellow Reds target Ibrahim Mbaye, a report has revealed.<\/p>\n

Liverpool<\/strong><\/a> want Barcola to become their new first-choice left winger, and they are also targeting Mbaye to bolster their right-wing options. Our friends at TEAMtalk confirmed on Monday that Andoni Iraola\u2019s side have agreed personal terms with both attackers.<\/p>\n

Reliable French reporter Fabrice Hawkins has since stated that a five-year contract is ready between Mbaye and Liverpool.<\/p>\n

Fellow French source Foot01 claimed on Monday that Liverpool have increased their bid for Barcola<\/strong><\/a> to \u20ac135m (\u00a3115m), having opened negotiations with a \u20ac100m (\u00a386m) proposal.<\/p>\n

But TEAMtalk<\/a> state that Liverpool\u2019s latest, official offer for Barcola is worth \u20ac115m\/\u00a398m, rather than the \u20ac135m\/\u00a3115m figure reported by\u00a0Foot01.<\/p>\n

PSG began talks by demanding \u00a3145m for the France international. However, they have since lowered his price tag to \u00a3125m.<\/p>\n

Liverpool are willing to go up to \u00a3120m to sign Barcola. The two clubs are getting closer in discussions, but there is still work to be done before a final agreement is reached.<\/p>\n

TEAMtalk add that PSG have cast out Barcola and Mbaye, as they will not play the forwards while their futures remain unresolved.<\/p>\n

Barcola and Mbaye both want to leave PSG for Liverpool to pick up more game time.<\/p>\n

Ahead of PSG\u2019s Trophee des Champions defeat to Lens on Sunday, manager Luis Enrique was asked about players who could leave the French capital, with Barcola and Mbaye currently the strongest candidates.<\/p>\n

In a telling admission, Enrique said: \u201cWe are a very young, very ambitious team.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt is important for us to make changes and look for players who enjoy playing our way and who love playing for PSG.<\/p>\n

\u201cThat is very clear to us.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhen a player doesn\u2019t want to come here, or doesn\u2019t have a smile on their face about being here, it is better to find another solution.\u201d<\/p>\n

PSG want \u00a343-50m for Mbaye, whereas Liverpool believe they can strike a deal for the lower price of \u00a330m.<\/p>\n

As such, Liverpool could snare Mbaye and Barcola in a potential \u00a3155m double deal.<\/p>\n

Liverpool tipped to \u2018get their man\u2019<\/p>\n

Liverpool reporter David Lynch has even suggested that Barcola to Anfield could soon be considered a \u2018done deal\u2019.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe talks are ongoing. I wonder whether the next thing that we\u2019ll hear about this is a kind of done deal, to be honest, because the talks have been going on for a while. Everybody knows what\u2019s going on,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

\u201cPSG are willing sellers. Liverpool are willing buyers.\u201d<\/p>\n

Lynch added:\u00a0\u201cPSG have kind of fulfilled their end of the bargain, which is getting everybody in that they needed to replace. Key to anything: Barcola wants Liverpool.\u201d<\/p>\n

The journalist continued:\u00a0\u201cI\u2019ve never really had any big worries about this deal, really. It just feels like this is all pointing towards Liverpool eventually getting the man.\u201d<\/p>\n
