Single-leg Romanian deadlift<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\"><strong>Benefit: <\/strong>Strengthens your glutes and hamstrings while challenging your balance, hip stability and control.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\"><strong>How to do it: <\/strong><br \/><strong>Sets: <\/strong>3 <strong>Reps:<\/strong> 8-10 each side<\/p>\n<ul class=\"mb-4\">\n<li class=\"ml-4 safari:ml-6 list-disc\">\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Stand with your feet hip-width apart with a slight bend in your knees.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"ml-4 safari:ml-6 list-disc\">\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Shift your weight onto your right leg, raising your left foot behind you.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"ml-4 safari:ml-6 list-disc\">\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Hinge at your hips, and lower your chest toward the floor. Keep your left leg extended behind you.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"ml-4 safari:ml-6 list-disc\">\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Pause when your chest and left leg are parallel to the floor. Make sure your back is flat and your hips are level.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"ml-4 safari:ml-6 list-disc\">\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Push through your right foot and squeeze your right glute as you return to standing.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\"><strong>Form tip:<\/strong> As you lower toward the floor, keep your raised foot pointing down to help avoid rotation through your hips.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\"><strong>Progression:<\/strong> Once this starts to feel easy, add a kettlebell to the move. Hold it in the hand that&#8217;s opposite to the leg that&#8217;s planted on the floor and lower it to mid-shin level.<\/p>\n<p>2. Reverse lunge to knee drive<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\"><strong>Benefit: <\/strong>Improves your balance and control.
